Catch fish and blue crabs right off the dock. Take a short boat ride out to the Gulf of Mexico to watch the sunsets. Kayak or canoe on the crystal clear spring-fed river to take a refreshing swim or possibly view the manatees, otters, fish, deer, birds and other wildlife.
This home has a stone fireplace and a "wood cabin" like feeling that makes it a great place to rest and unwind. Fully-furnished and fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with sliding glass door into the screen room. You can relax inside the screen room or sitting at the covered picnic table overlooking the river while watching the variety of water craft, manatees and the mullet jump.
There are endless places to go on day trips, less than an hour from Tampa attractions and an hour and a half to Orlando attractions. Locally there is the one-of-a-kind Weeki Wachee Springs (mermaid show), Rogers Park, Hernando Beach, Pine Island Beach and Homosassa Springs State Park. The location is also very convenient to many restaurants, theatres, shopping and so much more.
