Second floor condo in two story building with a VERY short walk to the beach and pool, plus free WiFi in condo. Sit on lanai or at pool with laptop!
This condo is bright and airy, with cathedral ceilings in the main room. The kitchen is open and looks upon the main room. The extra long screened-in lanai offers a view of the Residence Beach and is equipped with a table & plenty of comfy chairs.
Flat screen tvs in master bedroom and family room. New carpeting installed in April 2011. Kitchen was updated in 2009 which includes all new appliances (washer & dryer in unit). Both bathrooms were renovated in 2007.
The master suite has a queen-size bed, 30" flat screen tv and full bathroom (shower). Second bedroom has two twin beds, plus an air mattress and a pac-n-play, should little ones be visiting. Full bathroom is adjacent to this room. Fully furnished with all of the amenities you could need. Just pack your suntan lotion and clothes and hit the road.

Year Purchased: 2007
We are the Ryans from the suburbs of Chicago. We started visiting Marco Island in 1997 when my parents bought their first condo. We instantly fell in love with the island and stopped visiting other tropical places, which were usually over priced and foreign. Three children later we still spend every chance and dollar we have to visit Grandma and Grandpa in this paradise. When my dad said he was selling his condo to upgrade we jumped on it. My parents were thrilled. It was ideal, we knew exactly what we were getting, we would have our own place to rest so not to drive my parents crazy when visiting, and it would be a great investment. Plus we are so blessed that my parents are there and make extra efforts to look after it for us. Our boys LOVE going to the Mariner, as we call it. The memories we have created were worth every penny.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We are so close to the beach, I can run or walk it in the morning, stop at the Residence Beach cafe for a coffee or egg sandwich, then walk home, shower and walk right back over with my family and cooler :)

Last January I had the wonderful experience of staying at this lovely condo on Marco Island. The Mariner is a friendly and family oriented development which is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. Our unit itself was immaculate, beatifully furnished with a warm and welcoming lunai. Furniture was extremely comfortable and very well decorated. We cannot say enough about the owners who gave us much information about flights, attractions and restaurants. They made us feel like we were part of their family. We look forward to spending time there again. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful unit. By the way, did I mention that the Residence Beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been on.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Just wanted to send a huge thank you to you and your husband. Your place was truly relaxing, and just what we were looking for. We loved the proximity to everything especially the Residents Beach! It made for a very easy trip seeing we just had to walk across the street to sun ourselves. This was our first time using VRBO and we were a little leery but you made it so easy at every step of the way. Thank You so much for such a memorable vacation, we will definitely be back! PS - it was so nice being able to relax on the lanai as we we enjoyed a cocktail (or two).
