Second floor condo with a VERY short walk to the beach.
This condo is bright and airy, with cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The extra long screened-in lanai offers a view of the ocean and is equipped with a table & plenty of comfy chairs.
Kitchen was updated in 2009 which includes new appliances (washer & dryer in unit). Both bathrooms were renovated in 2007. Carpet in living area was replaced in 2007 as well.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and second bedroom has two twin beds. Great furniture to make your stay wonderful.
Walk across the street to Marco Island's famous Residence Beach where you will find miles of beautiful beach with amenities that are world class. After a great day at the beach come back and open up the glass doors to your relaxing lanai. Listen to and smell the ocean as you prepare your cocktail or dinner in your modern kitchen.
