Just six miles south of Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach is a beautiful family-oriented beach. While not as hectic, the location offers the convenience of everything in the Myrtle Beach area, including over 100 Golf Courses, great dining, entertainment and shopping!
Enjoy stunning Oceanfront views from the Master Bedroom. King-Size bed with new pillowtop mattress & new carpeting in 2009 and a remodeled Private Master Bath are yours to relax with. Step through the sliding glass doors from the Master Bedroom or Living Room to the Private Balcony with one of the best views in Surfside, and you’ll never want to leave!
Wood-laminate floors take you from the front door to the Private Oceanfront Balcony. Both the Master & Guest Bathrooms have been updated with new Ceramic Tile, Maple Vanities and Granite Counter-tops. The fully equipped Kitchen has new Maple Cabinets, Quartz Counter-tops and Brand New Stainless-look Appliances....see the pictures for a great view! Pull up a seat and have a drink at the breakfast bar - the blender is already there!
Our 2nd Bedroom has a new Full-Size Bed and one Twin-Size Bed with colorful bedding. New Carpeting, Ceiling Fan and LCD TV (w/Cable access) are the recent updates; the room is also equipped with a CD Stereo System, DVD player and Nintendo Gamecube w/two controllers and a dozen games to help the kids - or you - wind down from the day at the beach!
The living area boasts a glass top Dining Table & chairs with a new Tropical Ceiling Fan to keep the ocean breezes flowing through the condo, as well as a Sleeper Sofa, New 40" LCD TV with Cable Access, Broadband Internet Access, DVD player and CD w/MP3 capability stereo system.
Extra amenities provided with your rental through the use of our lockable outdoor Owner's Closet include beach chairs, beach mats, beach toys, skim & boogie boards and a portable cooler. Inside we also provide a fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils, as well as hairdryers in the bathrooms and a few family board games...less for you to pack!
Finally, we also include all bed, bath and kitchen linens and towels (except beach towels) and departure cleaning with your rental for true hassle-free vacationing! Brand New GE washer and dryer in the condo (March 2011) makes doing laundry during your vacation a breeze!
Located at the north end of Surfside Beach in the Shores of Surfside I, you'll be just a short walk from Surfside Pier, where you can enjoy fine dining, fishing or sightseeing. We are on the first floor of a three story, 14 unit building, easily accessible up a half-dozen stairs. Our complex has a full-size Oceanfront outdoor pool (open seasonally April 1-October 1) with lounge chairs to relax on while reading a good book or just soaking up the sun. Next to the pool area is a grilling area and the private walkway to the beach.
With an outstanding location, you'll be close enough to enjoy all the attractions of Myrtle Beach without all the congestion and crowds. The condo is less than two miles from Wild Waters Water Park and a short ride up to the famous Broadway at the Beach outdoor mall and other Grand Strand attractions. Just a few miles south of Surfside is Murrells Inlet, loaded with many fine dining and entertainment options. Stroll along the inlet and listen to live music in season and dine at one of many fine restaurants: Drunken Jack's, Dead Dog Saloon (personal favorite), Captain Dave's Dockside and Creek Ratz are just a few of the many choices to dine and relax.
Our condo is a Non-smoking unit and No Pets Allowed. Due to HOA restrictions and in respect to our neighbors, we do not rent to student groups under the age of 21.
We do have a 2 parking space/unit HOA restriction; no trailers, boats, RVs or campers are allowed in the parking lot due to the limited space. Anyone not following these rules may be asked to leave by the HOA.

Why the Owner Chose Shores of Surfside I
After vacationing in Surfside Beach at our friend's condo, we loved the area so much we decided we needed to buy here! The beautiful beaches, friendly people and fantastic golf courses helped to make our decision. We're close to Myrtle beach downtown but in a more peaceful location.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our oceanfront location has provided us with some of the most relaxing moments listening to waves roll in either from the master bedroom or the balcony. The view is breath-taking - we could not pass it up when we first toured our condo! We have renovated and modernized the entire condo since purchasing the unit in Nov. 2006, and continue to update and redecorate as needed. Pergo style floors in the main condo, new carpeting in the bedrooms, completely remodeled kitchen with Maple cabinets, Quartz counter-tops and new appliances, and remodeled Bathrooms with matching ceramic tile, hardwood vanities and granite tops. New GE Washer &Dryer added in March 2011!
Located at 1511 N. Ocean Blvd in Surfside Beach. Our unit is a direct oceanfront unit.
Located on Surfside Pier just under a mile from the condo. Nibils has fantastic breakfast as well as great dinner specials. Open seasonally
An oceanfront dining experience with a very "kid-friendly" atmosphere. Great Sandwiches. Located along Surfside Pier
2.23 Miles South or seven minutes, the Conch Cafe offers oceanfront dining both indoors and outdoors. A casual atmosphere with great smoothies and other fine beverages.

We had a "girls" week here and it could not have been nicer. The unit is wonderful and very homey. Kathy and Tom make it all so easy. We could not have ordered better weather for our week in January! Will definitely rent here again!

What a great surprise this condo was - very spacious and comfortable - even BETTER than the pictures! The deck is AMAZING. I was there for cold temps, but spent every morning in the sunshine on the deck watching the dolphins play. It's so private and also blocks the winter winds. Inside it's a home-away-from-home with all the amenities. The kitchen is the best that I've seen in a condo and well-stocked with anything & everything that you would need for a big gathering, but I was still able to find plenty of "single stuff" for simpler needs. Plenty of great entertainment & restaurants close by, and the shopping was fantastic! Unexpected warm weather meant unexpected time on the beach, but, even in cold weather, I was so close that I felt that I was right on the beach: incredible views. Owners provide beach chairs & toys and there is also a wonderful laundry room for clean up later. Be warned: it's very hard to leave such a comfortable and fun vacation spot!

What a wonderful week at the beach! The condo was so nicely furnished and appointed with lovely views of the ocean. I don't think that I have ever had a more nicely equipped kitchen in a vacation rental. We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

Beautiful condo in great location. Clean, decorated nicely, excellent appliances. Pool is great, beach beautiful. The owners are very organized and prompt to respond. The area is great. Can walk on sidewalks or beach to pier and restaurants. We first came to Myrtle Beach 2 years ago and were somewhat deceived by listing on VRBO. But this place has made up for that. If you need a nice 2 BR place with fantastic view, look no further. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

We simply loved the location, away from the crowds and congestion of MB, although it was't crowded there either in March. The condo is just as advertised and there were no problems at all. Kathy was very nice and I plan on recommending their condo to friends as this is definately a place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of home. Thanks for the memories.

My wife and I chose to marry in Myrtle Beach and went about looking for a condo to house some of our guests. We were fortunate enough to meet Kathy and get a look about before we decided to rent. Our hostess was very gracious in showing us the condo and it was terrific. It's location and view were perfect. Our guests were awestruck. The place is beautiful and very convenient to all. It's not in the middle of the Grand Strand action but is close enough to everything the area has to offer. The property is very clean and the kitchen is recently updated. Kathy responded to our questions quickly. For us and our guests it was the perfect place. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

We will definitely stay here again! The building was well maintained,and the actual condo was lovely and very clean. The easy beachfront and pool access was wonderful for our family with 2 small children ages 3 and 5. We were able to run back to the condo for potty breaks, snacks, more sunscreen..... The balcony and the master bedroom on the ocean front allowed for adult relaxation in the evening - with the kids safely tucked away at the other end of the condo. Tom and Kathy provided everything needed for a great stay - from kitchen utensils, to video games for the kids, to extra bedding. It was like a home away from home. We plan on going back next year!
