Holiday Fun on the Beach

What a great surprise this condo was - very spacious and comfortable - even BETTER than the pictures! The deck is AMAZING. I was there for cold temps, but spent every morning in the sunshine on the deck watching the dolphins play. It's so private and also blocks the winter winds. Inside it's a home-away-from-home with all the amenities. The kitchen is the best that I've seen in a condo and well-stocked with anything & everything that you would need for a big gathering, but I was still able to find plenty of "single stuff" for simpler needs. Plenty of great entertainment & restaurants close by, and the shopping was fantastic! Unexpected warm weather meant unexpected time on the beach, but, even in cold weather, I was so close that I felt that I was right on the beach: incredible views. Owners provide beach chairs & toys and there is also a wonderful laundry room for clean up later. Be warned: it's very hard to leave such a comfortable and fun vacation spot!

What a wonderful week at the beach! The condo was so nicely furnished and appointed with lovely views of the ocean. I don't think that I have ever had a more nicely equipped kitchen in a vacation rental. We will definitely consider renting this unit again.

Beautiful condo in great location. Clean, decorated nicely, excellent appliances. Pool is great, beach beautiful. The owners are very organized and prompt to respond. The area is great. Can walk on sidewalks or beach to pier and restaurants. We first came to Myrtle Beach 2 years ago and were somewhat deceived by listing on VRBO. But this place has made up for that. If you need a nice 2 BR place with fantastic view, look no further. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

Wonderful July 4th Vacation

We simply loved the location, away from the crowds and congestion of MB, although it was't crowded there either in March. The condo is just as advertised and there were no problems at all. Kathy was very nice and I plan on recommending their condo to friends as this is definately a place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of home. Thanks for the memories.

Wedding Condo

My wife and I chose to marry in Myrtle Beach and went about looking for a condo to house some of our guests. We were fortunate enough to meet Kathy and get a look about before we decided to rent. Our hostess was very gracious in showing us the condo and it was terrific. It's location and view were perfect. Our guests were awestruck. The place is beautiful and very convenient to all. It's not in the middle of the Grand Strand action but is close enough to everything the area has to offer. The property is very clean and the kitchen is recently updated. Kathy responded to our questions quickly. For us and our guests it was the perfect place. We would highly recommend this to anyone.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We will definitely stay here again! The building was well maintained,and the actual condo was lovely and very clean. The easy beachfront and pool access was wonderful for our family with 2 small children ages 3 and 5. We were able to run back to the condo for potty breaks, snacks, more sunscreen..... The balcony and the master bedroom on the ocean front allowed for adult relaxation in the evening - with the kids safely tucked away at the other end of the condo. Tom and Kathy provided everything needed for a great stay - from kitchen utensils, to video games for the kids, to extra bedding. It was like a home away from home. We plan on going back next year!

The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The place is beautiful and clean and feels like 'home'! the private beach is just steps away, is clean and beautiful. Located just off the main street, you can get anywhere quickly and easily. Peaceful and quiet, away from the tourist noise and congestion.

Absolute Perfection

This was our first "extended" visit to the MB/Surfside area. Our daughter moved to this area back in June and this was the first opportunity we had to come down to visit the area and her. Although the weather did not cooperate (the entire week was rain and cool) we enjoyed the condo and the area very much. Our favorite restaurant is the newly opened Charleston Cafe located in Surfside, the food was excellent. Tom and Kathy have provided a very nice condo, perfect for a couple or small family. We hope to visit again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We have just returned from Tom and Kathy's condo. It is very well decorated and spacious and very clean. We fell in love the moment we opened the door. The views are breathtaking, the sounds of the ocean relaxing. The beach is incredible and very family friendly - never overly crowded. My family spent many happy hours on the beach and in the pool. The local restaurants are delicious and have incredible service. We love Crabby Mike's and RiverCity Cafe in town and Bovine's and CreekRatz in Murrell's Inlet. This condo does not disappoint! We are already starting to plan our 2010 summer vacation! Thank you Tom and Kathy.

We stayed at the condo February/March 2009. We have 2010 already reserved for the same months so that should indicate that we were very pleased. The location is great, right on the beach for walks and relaxing. Close to the main highway to get you where you need to go. Great sidewalks in Surfside if you chose to take the road. The condo has everything you need. Since we are renting for two months having a washer/dryer on site is a plus! The layout of the condo is perfect if you have guests/visitors. We have rented at a different location in MB previously and this is the place we will be going to from now on. You won't be disappointed.

I would recommend this property to anyone who wishes to have the perfect beach vacation =-) The home is very clean, smells good!, nice neighbors-quiet, and you can't get any closer to the water without being IN the water. We saw seagulls diving for fish, crabs running down the beach at night and, my first time seeing, jellyfish washed up on shore. Millions of beautiful colored shells on the beach. Super Walmart, BiLo, Piggly Wiggly grocery stores are just a few minutes down the road, very handy! Tons of golf courses around for the men, and there are antique shops and of course gift shops everywhere! Aprox. 15 or 20 min drive to Broadway on the Beach. Margaritaville there has food that is DELISH! There are some neat-o restaurants right on the same road as this home but we didn't get a chance to get there this time. The property was well maintained, pool and everything. Nice large washer/dryer is very handy, esp. with kids! This is one of those places where you really couldn't care less if you ever went home. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing such a beautiful place with us! We will definitely stay there again.

The condo and our vacation was terrific. We really enjoyed the property, and it was so nice to have a such a clean and updated place to enjoy. The beach and the area were fantastic. We could walk to restraunts and bars. Best yet, just sitting on the deck with a straight view directly to the beach. We will be back next summer, and would recommend this property to any family looking for a fun and great place to stay.
