Year Purchased: 2003
We camped one year in Highlands Hammock State Park and fell in love with the Sebring area. It has everything you could want and need without the fast pace of the major tourist towns. When we got the opportunity we decided to purchase there so we would have a place to get away and relax with our two children. And we have used it as our base for many trips around central Florida as our daughter is on a travel volleyball team. It is conveniently located in the middle of everything you may want to visit. We gutted and remodeled everything inside, hoping someday to retire there.
