Pelican Sound is a beautiful gated community offering every amenity: 27-hole golf course and pro shop, six Har-Tru clay court tennis courts, River Club with boat dock and ramp for boat launching on the Estero River leading to the Gulf of Mexico, free boat shuttle to Lovers Key Beach, complimentary kayaks and canoes to explore the Estero River, an 18,000 square foot newly renovated clubhouse with formal and informal dining, state-of-the art exercise room, six swimming pools and hot tubs throughout the complex, wildlife and hiking trails and special activities such as cooking classes, ballroom dance classes and card and board games. Also, special themed events are held periodically.
Our unit is a second floor, lakefront, end unit coach home. On entering the unit, you will have a beautiful, natural view of just the lake and the golf course. Additionally, all rooms have a golf course view, and the great room, master bedroom and dinette have both a lake view and a golf course view.
Our condo is 1669 square feet. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with its own master bath with an oversize shower and double sinks and a large walk in closet and an additional double closet. The second bedroom suite has a queen-size bed with its own bath and can be closed off for privacy with a pocket door. The den is furnished with a convertible sofa to sleep two, an armoire for your clothes and a TV and DVD. The great room, kitchen and dinette are ceramic tiled for easy maintenance. The laundry room has washer and dryer for your use. The lanai is accessible from the dinette, master bedroom and great room.
Pelican Sound is less than a five-minute drive from the new Coconut Point shopping mall and less than 10 minutes from the Miromar Outlet mall. Pelican Sound is centrally located between Fort Myers to the north and Naples to the south where you can enjoy all the culture, fine dining and shopping these towns have to offer. Fort Myers International Airport is only 15-20 minutes from Pelican Sound.
Rates do not include $300 membership transfer fee (optional), $100 application fee to Pelican Sound Homeowners Association, 11% Florida sales tax, $125 cleaning fee. Refundable $1000 security deposit required. Minimum 30-day rental.
