Great location - near to Denver, attractions, mountains etc. Great neighbourhood. New mall - Streets at South Glenn was an added bonus - cinema and restaurants really close by. House had lots of space, comfy beds, lovely backyard. It was nice to have such a peaceful place to come back to after our hectic days out. Marnie is a great owner to deal with - she was very helpful and attentive.

Beautiful Colorado Stay

Our second visit back to Garden Paradise. Again a joy to be there. It has the perfect location to many adventures in the area. The binder of activities in the home gives you lots of information to help you enjoy wonderful field trips. After a great day out it was wonderful to come back to the beautiful patio and spacious yard. The sun room and toys were perfect for entertaining grandchildren. We used the BBQ almost every night. We appreciated and used the herb garden during our stay. Our family holds many great memories and it was very nice to get to meet Marnie on this trip. I think it is always extra special to get to meet the owner of the home you are staying in. The home is very spacious and lots of nice areas for family to relax. Down the street a beautiful shopping area featuring Whole Foods. Also parks are very close and beautifully maintained. Our family stayed for a month and we all agreed there was still so much more to experience!! Can hardly wait to go back!

This was their second visit and I was able to meet the whole clan, it makes it seem like I am renting my home to friends rather than guests whose names move across my computer. This was our second time staying at Garden Paradise, and just like our first visit, it was terrific. It was like coming home because of all the amenities and features that you have provided. We had a great time having our children and grand children coming over and spending time outside relaxing on the patio, enjoying the hot tub, and barbequing. I would, and have, recommended your home any time I'm asked if I know a good place to stay when in Colorado. Thanks again for a great time. Frank and Lee

My husband, little one, and I stayed in this home for 9 wonderful nights recently and cannot say enough good things about the owner, the home, and the location! We found the home to be wonderfully decorated, clean, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. If you have a little one, there are fun toys in the lovely sun room! If you do not have a little one with you, you will enjoy the home just the same. We honestly felt right at home. The owner was perfectly professional, gracious, and considerate to us. It was a fabulous experience, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat if back in the area!!!!! A++++

This home is great. It is beautifully decorated and very roomy. There were 7 of us staying in the home and we had plenty of sleeping areas. I stayed most of my time out in the screened porch area with the beautiful back yard landscaping and watching my daughter who loved to swing on the swing and hammock. The kitchen was well equipped and the large dining table made meals exquisite. I would rent this home again. It was very clean and the towels, toilet paper, and other necessary items were plentiful. There were even games for entertainment.

Owner response:When the weather permits the first place I head is to the hammock under the tree. I love it when families enjoy our home like we do. As the sun goes down I too like to sit in the sun room and enjoy the view of the yard and pond.

From the moment we arrived at Garden Paradise until we departed our experience was outstanding. The accommodations were everything that was described and more. The emphasis on using all the features of your home made us fell like royality. Our group of eight varied in ages from 4 to 84 and this home met all our needs. From the comfortable furniture and bedding to the toys for TJ, this home offered it all. The location was great too, with of plenty of walking/biking trails and its proximity to the beautiful mountain parks North and South of Denver. I highly recommend this properity, well done!

We loved our stay in the Garden Paradise house. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean, and as soon as we walked in the front door, I got immediate compliments for finding this house and renting it. The back yard is beautiful and very relaxing with a hammock, hot tub, and gazebo! We recommend it to anyone.

This house more than met my expectations. I was not disappointed by what I had seen from visiting the web site. We had 4 families staying in the house, from different parts of the country, gathered together for our son's wedding. There was enough room in the bedrooms for pack n plays, one of which was provided. It was so nice to have space to relax and enjoy being together. Other family members stayed in nearby hotels and were still able to spend time with us at the house. We had 3 children, 4 and under, who enjoyed playing with the toys that were there (loved the little kitchen) and in the backyard. The backyard was one of our favorite places to sit and visit and play with the children. The hot tub was also a definite plus for adult relaxation. It was a great benefit to have a well-laid out house, clean, and well furnished (with top of the line appliances) to be able to cook breakfast and any other meals. People may want to know that the TV is downstairs in the basement--You know, we did not even miss it for the week and I enjoyed the fellowship and fun as an alternative. The owner kept in contact with me up until our stay and was quick in returning the deposit. She also provided a list of things to do in the area which was helpful. Any problems we may have had (which were very minor) were responded to quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about this rental--I would certainly stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone--especially families. We had such a memorable time together, in addition to the beautiful occasion of a wedding celebration. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

We initially chose Garden Paradise on Home Away because of its available bedrooms and baths. This property exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable - the spacious layout of the house, the details of its decorating and furnishings, its convenient proximity to area attractions and shopping, its lovely, quiet neighborhood, and its wonderful owner who so graciously took care of all our needs. We stayed at Garden Paradise while we were visiting my husbands 3 children. The house was wonderful with all the comforts and amenities of our own home. The outdoor area was a great place for us to barbecue and be together. We usually scramble to find something to do while visiting the kids, but no one wanted to leave the house! We will definately stay there again.

Marnie, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful place for three weeks in October 2009. It was a wonderful stay, we all enjoyed the house, the garden and the neighborhood (with a huge playground close by). The kids loved the many toys in the house to play with, and we enjoyed the many amenities the house offered. Our family stayed at the Garden Paradise (And YES this is truly what this place is!) from 9/20 through 9/27. There was a total of 10 of us from Wisconsin that came out for my brother-in law's wedding at Red Rocks and The Fort. This location was PERFECT..being close to their home in Parker. Garden Paradise proved to be everything and more. With 10 of us in the house, there was plenty of room so that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The home's ammenities were so much more than expected! It was really ture that all we had to do was unpack and purchase a few groceries. The hot tub was an added bonus that was enjoyed by all. My mother-in law actually experienced her first time in one at Garden Paradise! To those who are looking to rent, I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this home! I know that any of our future trips to Colorado will include a stay here! Thank you SO SO much Marnie! Your home was truly a home away from home!

Thanks Marnie, We had a great time at your home. We were there to attend our sons' wedding reception. Marnie, your home was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious and welcoming. The sun/playroom was perfect for our grandchildren. All the windows gave the feeling of being outdoors overlooking the huge beautiful garden/yard. We enjoyed all our meals on the patio. Listening to the soft flow of water from the pond and the beauty of the area was so peaceful. Counting fish and checking on the flowers that were blooming on the pond was a daily activity. We did many side trips and your home was perfectly located. We were even able to have Colorado family over for dinner because of all the space. Everyone was thrilled with our VRBO home. The lovely washer & dryer was such a bonus!! We appreciated every amenity. We hope to visit again. Thank you so much.

We were so delighted to find this wonderful house via the internet in the area where we needed to stay. Traveled all the way from Singapore for our son's wedding in Lone Tree and the house had everything we needed and more! Your lovely home was very restful, quite comfortable for all six of us plus infant, and conveniently situated. Marnie, Your home is wonderful. Our family of 4 twenty-somethings, 2 60 year olds and an 81 year old had a wonderful time. The hot-tub was a hit with the younger family members while the gazebo with waterfall charmed everyone. The house was so comfortable and large enough that it never felt crowded. Having the washer and steam dryer was such a plus. Everyone agreed that staying at your "Garden Paradise" was the best travel decision we have ever made. We all hope that it is available when my other niece decides to get married.

My family and I came together here from 7 different states to celebrate a wedding. The house far exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful backyard to the small details: extra straw hats, a steam dryer for wrinkled packed clothing, a croquet set and toys for young children. The house seemed designed for comfort and relaxation. With permission from the friendly owner, we hosted the rehearsal dinner accomodating 30 plus people. All our family agreed it was a highlight of the gathering. We want to come up with an excuse to meet there again! When we figured out putting up the same amount of people in a nice hotel we realized that the stay here was cheaper and far more comfortable.

A great place to get together with family...my nieces just loved the backyard and the nearby park was also a hit with the kids!
