The bedrooms offer you a quite rest, with all the privacy you desire. Completely furnished with all amenities imaginable, Posturepedic Pillow Top mattress, down comforters, LCD HDTV’s, DVD player, closets with full length mirrors, bath robes, four drawer dressers, night stands with lamps as well as ceiling fan lights, switch or remote operated, to keep you cool in summer.

For your convenience amenities provided include blow dryer, curling iron, dry & wet electric curlers, magnifying mirror, cotton balls, q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, sun screen, and plenty of wash cloths provided especially for just for the ladies. You'll find luxury towels as well as towels provided for those days your children had an especially good time!

  • We just got back from spending a week at this property. It was wonderful. The location is excellent - within walking distance to everything. The owner was very accomodating and attended to any requests we had. The large deck right on the Strand was wonderful for sipping wine and watching the sunsets. The bikes and beach chairs provided were great. We'll definitely be back!

  • I wanted to comment on our stay for the week of July 4th, 2009. This location is by far the best in all of Manhattan Beach rental properties. It is next to the pier and walking distance from all the great restaurants, shops and bars downtown. (You can just park the car and walk everywhere) The rate was also the best value on the Strand. The hospitality of the owner and the property manager were outstanding. You feel you are welcomed into their home and not just a paying guest. The place was extremely clean and had everything you need for a week on the beach for adults and children. Overall it was a great experience and vacation and I would highly recommend this rental to families and adults. I hope to do it again next year. David and Diane Fitzgerald

  • I stayed here for 3 1/2 weeks after moving back to the U.S. from a long overseas residency. The place is great. Fireplace, sunsets, the cool air from the Pacific, the pier. It's only a few minutes walk to several breakfast spots and upscale restaurants. The Whole Foods is only a ten minute drive, but you dont even have to go because there's an excellent local grocery store that stocks a wide array of fresh meat and fish. It's close to several other great neighborhoods like Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach (which has a 24 hour Golds Gym) and your only about 20 minutes drive from downtown L.A. Ilham (the manager) is a great person and was a gracious and extremely helpful host. If I ever come back to L.A. in the future, I would check this place before bothering with other rentals or hotels.

The location is very convenient, steps from the beach and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The unit is very clean, bright and comfortable. The landlady is great -- very frendly and helpful. We plan to return soon!

  • A perfect place to stay. Ilham is a great person that goes out of her way to make you feel super comfortable in all ways. The view from the terrace was absolutely awesome and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. I warmly reccommend this place and Manhattan Beach to everyone and I hope to get a chance to get back soon.

  • This was an excellent place to stay. It's close to the beach, the pier, and close to shops, resturants, and bars. The idea of renting an appartment instead of a hotel room makes you feel like your at home rather than on a trip which made it nice and comfortable. I hope I can stay here the next time I travel to LA.
