This penthouse unit (5th/top floor) has one queen bed downstairs and a loft with a queen bed and bunk beds tucked away in the hallway. Easily sleeps 2 to 6 people.The unit has full bath with the convenience of a 1/2 bath.
Grand Beach is located on East Beach Blvd. with nothing obstructing your view of the beautiful white sandy beach and ocean.
Downstairs you will find a large pool with a hot tub combined. If you need to take a break from the sun and enjoy a snack or drink you will have an open breezy veranda with tables and chairs.
Needing a break from the hurry up pace of life, come on down to beautiful Gulf Shores. You can play in the waves, read a book, walk the surf, or just sit in your beach chair, watch the kids build sand castles or the sea gulls soaring in the sky. There is nothing like walking the surf both early in the morning to get the first pick of sea shells or in the early evening to watch the sunset over the ocean.
From your private balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee and paper or your favorite drink in the evening while enjoying the wonderful view of the beach.
You can choose to either eat in (full size kitchen with the conveniences of home) or you can dine out at one of the wonderful nearby restaurants and be sure to try the delicious fresh seafood.

This condo by far exceeds all that you could hope for in a unit. While the property is across the street from the ocean it is just a short walk and the views are unobstructed making you feel as if you are literally on the beach. My family first rented this condo in October 2009 and when we walked in were immediately struck by the tasteful decor; so often in beach condos you are subjected to garish corals and turquoise color schemes supplemented by tacky metal or wooden decorations. This condo looked as if it had been professionally decorated and had everything you could ask for or need in the kitchen and laundry areas. It is much roomier than the photos depict I stayed in 2009 with my parents and three kids (11,11 and 8) at the time and there was plenty of room for us all. I am excited to be returning to this unit in July of 2011 with my husband and children.
