This property located at 874 Hermosa Cliffs, is stunning. We bought it for our second home and use it often. We have just decided to rent it on occasion. The home is very family friendly with acres your kids can run and play without fear of falling off a mountain! Views are stunning from every angle, the private hot tub sits under the stars looking at the Northern mountain range! Sledding and snowshoeing out the back door! Just 1 minute to restaurant, store, liquor, and ski rentals and 5 minutes to Ski Resort.
Master (king bed) is newly renovated with slate and jetted tub. Also, large room w/king bed down, 2 others w/queen and full upstairs. Large wrap around deck is ground level and private covered balcony off master suite. Large casual dining w/fireplace seats 10 easily, also a child's table w/benches.
Lots of wildlife can be seen and heard! Why stay in a condo when you can have acres to enjoy and play! Call me or email for more pictures and description. This is a non-smoking home, no exceptions. Sleeping arrangements are very comfortable for 6 adults and 2-4 kids. More adults will increase price if allowed.
