This home is a 700 unit state-of-the-art luxury 24-hour doorman/concierge elevator building conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan. The air-conditioned 37th floor one bedroom apartment has breathtaking views of the Hudson River and Midtown Manhattan.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything. Linens and towels are plentiful. The living room includes a 32-inch color TV with cable service, a phone and a queen-size sleeper sofa for an additional two people that expands to a bed. Roll-away bed can be provided upon request at no extra charge. There is plenty of room for the guest to store clothes.

The bedroom contains a queen-size bed as well. The laundry and dry cleaner are in the building. There is the terraced deck with spectacular view.

The building is in walking distance to the Hudson River, the Chelsea Piers, the Circle Line Tours, Broadway Theaters, fine restaurants, the Jacob Javits Convention Center, and Times Square. This is it for a tourist location! From the building, there is immediate access to the Lincoln Tunnel, the West Side Highway, Port Authority, airport shuttle, and Public Transportation. There is 24-hour security and doorman service. This is Manhattan's only resort residence with all the amenities of a great hotel.

  • Great location, 5 minutes from Times Square and subway! Lovely,modern and cosy appt with everything we needed.. views were fantastic. Sunroof views were even more incredible of NY skyline. We had a thorougly enjoyable stay thankyou very much!

  • The location was the best. It was so nice to be one block from Restaurant Row on 9th Street and just two blocks from the subway. The apartment was clean and the view was wonderful, especially from the rooftop deck. We would definately stay here again. It had all the amenities needed and we had one of the best vacations ever.

  • We really enjoyed our time in NYC at this apartment. it was only 3 blocks to Times Square and a short distance to the subway, so made travelling anywhere really easy. Irina was also really helpful with any information that we needed. A great place and would really recommend it to anyone going to New York City!

  • The view from the property was amazing! Everything was exactly as described in the listing~ actually better than expected! Ida is very helpful & accomodating and the checkin/checkout process was smooth. Would definitely stay at one of their properties again! Cheaper and more more comfortable than a hotel!

  • We had a lovely time in NYC. The apartment is clean and in a terrific location. Close to the subway as well. We walked to Times Square every night and took the little Ferry boat to New Jersey. Thanks for a great time and the lovely apartment.
