Hello and welcome to "Grayton's Sanctuary"! We hope it's everything you are looking for! Whether you are having a family reunion, friendly gathering, or a relaxing get-away, we hope "Grayton's Sanctuary" is where it will take place and where your memories are made.
"Grayton's Sanctuary" is a fairly new Florida cottage nestled in the private, gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. The Preserve is located right off of Highway 30-A and features two community pools, two pool houses with restrooms and shower facilities, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Also, there is a deeded beach access to the pristine white beaches and crystal clear waters along the Gulf of Mexico. Grayton Beach is one of 18 beaches certified "Blue Wave" by the Clean Beach Council along the Northwest Florida coast.
This home has 2 1/2 stories, 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and is professionally and beautifully decorated. It has a large open floor plan with bamboo hardwood flooring throughout. The bedrooms have carpet and the bathrooms have ceramic tile. It sleeps 8 to 10 people comfortably. Some other features this home offers for your convenience are ceiling fans in every room, cable, high speed internet, television, DVD players, telephone, an outdoor shower, and a large front porch with seating areas and tables, and balconies off the second and third floors.
The first floor features a large living room/dining room/kitchen area. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortable chairs, a TV, DVD player, dining table with 6 chairs, and a large island in the kitchen with bar stools. There are stainless steel appliances in the kitchen such as the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Also downstairs is a bedroom with bunk beds. The bottom bunk has a trundle bed underneath it. It has a full bathroom, walk-in closet, a TV, and DVD player as well.
Upstairs, there is a guest bedroom, master bedroom, and laundry room. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, DVD player, its own full bathroom, and French doors that lead out to the balcony. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, chairs, TV, DVD player, closets, a balcony, and a full bathroom with double vanity, large whirlpool tub, and a separate shower.
The Third floor tower room contains a wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator, a day bed, chairs, TV, half bathroom and a door that leads out onto the balcony.
Located on the North side of Highway 30-A right across the beach from Brannerman Beach Subdivision. The Preserve at Grayton Beach, "Grayton's Sanctuary" is so close to places to go and things to do. There are the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, beach, walking, biking, golfing, and fishing. This house is right down the road from bike rentals, fishing areas, the shops at Grayton Beach, Starbucks, The Red Bar, Pandoras, Boragos, Criollas, and Hybiscus. It is also just a little ways from shops and restaurants in Gulf Place, Watercolor, and Seaside. Just minutes down the road is outstanding shopping and fabulous restaurants. Just to name a few are the shops & restaurants at Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, The Market Shops at Sandestin, the best bargains at Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and the wonderful shops at the Destin Commons. There are great stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, and tons to do for adults and kids of all ages.
