In the winter this golf course transforms into a winter wonderland with cross country skiing and Breckenridge Sleigh rides. Home Location Located just five miles outside of Breckenridge and just a 7 minute drive to town. The home is located at the beautiful Breckenridge Golf Course which is also home to the Gold Run Nordic Center, offering miles of cross country skiing and snow shoeing trails. The Nordic Center also offers horse drawn scenic and dinner sleigh rides with elegant dining and musical entertainment in their beautiful mountain lodge. Master Bedroom Enjoy the views from the huge windows in the master bedroom while relaxing in the king size bed next to the fireplace, or take in the mountain air from the private deck. The master bathroom has top of the line finishes, including marble floors, marble counters, a steam shower and a Jacuzzi tub. Guest Bedroom 1 This bedroom offers a king size bed, television, and it’s own bathroom. The five person hot tub is conveniently located on the walk-out directly accessible from this bedroom. Guest Bedroom 2 This bedroom offers a queen size bed, television and it’s own bathroom. This bedroom also provides direct access to the outdoor hot tub. Guest Bedroom 3 This bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own bathroom. Amenities The living room in this home has amazing floor to ceiling windows and a gas fireplace. The immaculate kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, a double oven and also has bar stools and a small table to gather around while the chef does their work. The deck off the living room has a gas grill for year round grilling and a patio table and chairs to enjoy summer meals under the stars. The home has wireless internet access, cable TV, a full sized washer and dryer, and a two car garage.
