Located on the South side (Beachside) of Scenic 30-A, lies this Brand New 6 Bedroom, 5 Bath home. "Group Therapy", with over 3500 sq feet on 3 levels. This luxurious home features a private 16 x 26 pool and lush tropical landscaping just completed in March 2008. There is parking for 5 cars.
The main level features a huge 14 x 24 gourmet kitchen complete with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 6 burner range, double oven, granite countertops, wine refrigerator and computer station. There is a 15 ft center island with farm sink and seating for 6-8. The living room, with travertine tile floors, is on the main level and is very large with two seating areas and views of the swimming pool. There is also a dining room, full bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
The 2nd level features a huge master suite with large walk-in closet, private 5 piece luxury master bath and a private deck. There are two additional bedrooms with decks overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico and an additional full bath.
The 3rd floor mirrors the 2nd floor and features a 2nd huge master suite complete with a large walk-in closet, private 5 piece luxury master bath with separate shower and soaking tub and a private deck. The 3rd floor also features two additional bedrooms with expansive decks and great views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as an additional full bath.
The beach is a quick 3 minute walk with no major roads to cross (Approx. 5th row from the beach, we are not on directly on the beach). The beach access features, showers, bathrooms, picnic area and lifeguards. Each room has a Television with cable tv hookup and a computer is provided with internet access.
