This is our third year renting this condo. We like the complex and the unit very much. The really good news is that the tree blocking the ocean view has been cut way down and the the view is back in all its beauty. January 2012Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed here for two weeks in August 2011. This place has everything you need, full size fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, beach toys, bbq grill, etc. Just bring your bathing suit and food! Love, love, love it! Only one thing would make it better and that would be the elimination of the tree which blocks the ocean view. You can hear the ocean and you can see it a tiny bit from the deck. This is the ONLY negative, if there is one,for this place. You can walk to EVERYTHING! Dining, racetrack and fairgrounds, shopping, etc. VERY CLEAN AND NICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We will stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
