Casa Alegre is a private beach front condo located on the beautiful Banderas Bay 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Punta de Mita is one of the hottest new Mexican destinations. The Four Seasons Resort and its elegant Ranchos surround the small village, Emiliano Zapata, where "Casa Alegre" is located.

This is 2 bed/2 bath condo is one of only 12 units; each occupying the entire floor with ocean views from every room with an infinity pool and jacuzzi just outside your door. A 10 minute walk will take you to a restaurant on the beach where you can enjoy Mexican seafood specialities. Emiliano Zapata offers small Mexican grocery stores that will meet your basic needs.
Surfing is a local favorite, lessons are available at the local surf shop. Snorkeling in the Marietas Islands is only a 20 minute panga ride away. There is horseback riding, sport fishing and whale watching (December to April), or if you prefer to just enjoy the simple life, you can walk on the beach, collect shells and explore the area. Golf is a short drive away, or just relax...get your book out, read by the pool and work on that tan!
