This Lavallette beach house has a private deck with a gas barbecue grill and 2 picnic tables, plus a private covered outside shower. There is a sun room, large living room, dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, a small room/loft that can be used as an extra bedroom, and two full bathrooms.

It is comforted with central Air Conditioning and is heated for winter stays, with a large enclosed front porch to relax in. Parking is no problem, there is private parking available in the driveway for 3 average sized cars and free, overnight parking on the street.

This shore house is within walking distance to restaurants, churches, convenience stores, parks, playground, etc. The Lavallette Bay is about three blocks away and offers many water activities.

* Pillows and blankets are provided in rental but, linens and towels are the responsibility of the guests.
* The occupancy limit is 14, including children.
* Check-in at 3 pm and Check-out at 12 noon.
* Cleaning fee $125.
