THE Signature at the MGM is a 5 Star condo/hotel located at the MGM Hotel off of Las Vegas Blvd.

Large 550+ square. ft. Junior Suite on the 38th Floor Upper Penthouse Floor with a great views of the sunrise and mountains. There is a plasma TV flat screen TV.

Guests staying at the Signature at MGM Grand have access to all the MGM Grand's amenities (e.g., the MGM Grand's pool) plus the amenities accessible only to guests staying at the Signature (e.g., the Signature's private pools, lounge, restaurant, Starbucks, and the fitness center) at no additional charge.

This Suite is located in Tower 2 which is the is the most desirable of the 3 buildings. This brand new unit comes with a king size bed and full bathroom and pull out couch which also converts to queen size bed .The Signature at MGM Grand is a non-smoking facility so there is no smoking in the rooms or in the common areas.

Junior Suite includes king bed and queen sofa pull out bed.

One Bedroom includes king bed and queen sofa bed.

OR YOU CAN COMBINE THE 2 UNITS FOR A 2 BEDROOM SUITE THAT SLEEPS AT LEAST 8

  • Wow! This was a fabulous place. It was wonderfully appointed with luxury items--there simply wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't already there. Beautiful view as well! It is a 5 minute (at most) walk to MGM through a nice air conditioned walkway, so you very close to everything that you would want on the Strip. If you are looking for an upscale condo feel that doesn't have the smoking/gaming atmosphere of some of the hotels, this is the place. I can't wait to stay again! Also, the owners were very easy to work with and extremely responsive to questions during booking.

  • We stayed in Paul’s condo for our 10th Anniversary and we can’t think of a better place to have stayed. The condo was nice, clean, and had all the amenities one would expect in a penthouse. It has a great view and provided a great escape from the fast pace of the strip when we wanted to relax. The concierge service in the towers was excellent and made booking shows a breeze. Thanks Paul for letting us stay in your condo and making the entire transaction simple.

  • Paul, thanks so much for a wonderful week in Vegas. Everything was absolutely perfect and everyday was a discovery. For example, we have access to at least 3 private pools that come with free snacks and nice people bring us drinks to our comfy suntan chairs. MGM also has wonderful pools if you want to join in the fun in the bigger pools. The Signature staff are beyond wonderful as they took care of every detail. The Upper Penthouse was dazzling and the rooms were beautiful Two views - count'em - TWO views were stunning. We couldn’t decide whether to watch the sunset over the mountains or the lightshow of the strip. The Jacuzzi was gigantic and we drank alot of champagne while floating around in the bubbles. The bed was luxurious, the balcony view was breathtaking and the kitchen was just the right size. The room service menu was topnotch and we enjoyed a few room service meals while lazing about our penthouse. The meals were A+ restaurant quality - and came with flowers too! Everything is within easy walking distance from the Tower. We were close to all the action but happy to leave the hustle, bustle and noise behind for a quiet drink on the balcony before bed. Thankyou, Paul, for ensuring everything was taken care of. We had no extra charges and check in and out was a breeze. The cleaners were topnotch and we loved returning after a long day of shopping and free drinks to a lovely freshened up Penthouse! We are ecstatic to be returning at Christmas with the whole family and look forward to another memorable holiday. We have already recommended this penthouse to all our friends!

  • Paul, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your Upper Penthouse 1 bdrm suite. It was gorgeous, as was the view. The check-in / check-out process was very efficient. We would love to stay in your suite again when we return to Las Vegas.
