Hi Janet. I wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed staying at the condo. It was SO nicely furnished and decorated. We had everything in the kitchen that anyone could ever need. The space was huge (we had 4 adults and 3 kids). The kids loved the bunk beds. The parents loved the views from their rooms. And OH what a view. Perfectly oceanfront, with plenty of room on the balcony for the four adults to sit and have their coffee each morning. And I need to say: your mattresses are so comfortable, it prompted us to go out and buy a new one as soon as we got home. The free wireless internet was also great, as we all (including the kids) were logging into something at some time. On to the outside...The beach is right there, easy to tote your stuff down to. The two private pools and hottub were a welcome treat after being at the beach all day. We also checked out the other properties, and there were a lot of activities for kids by the main pool/bar/entertainment area. My little girl got her hair braided there, which she loved. We kept wanting to go down and check out the pier each night, and it sounded like a lot of fun, but we were always just too pooped from a day of sun and fun! This is a great rental and destination for any family vacation. I also want to say how nice it was to be able to reach you as an owner at any time if there was any problem. Although I must say, you organized everything perfectly, and it was easy to get in and out. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo. We are hoping to come back next year as well, as it is exactly what we all wanted.

For the past 4 years, my husband and I have stayed at Margate. I've been visiting Myrtle Beach my entire life and even own a unit at Sands Ocean Club, but I will have to say Margate is the nicest place I know of. March 11th, we came down to golf and rented from the Moylan's. Their condo is beautifully decorated yet so comfortable you feel right at home. We had everything we could possibly need or want for our nine day stay. It started as a week. Then I asked Janet about adding a day on the beginning and we also added a day on the end. She was incredibly easy to work with. Thank you Janet! We loved your place. The beds are comfy and sunrise from the balcony was beautiful every morning!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Margate 2605 is top of the line!!!

And one reason we know that 2605 is "top of the line" is that we accidently went to 2505 one time! (we hit the wrong button on the elevator!) But peeking in that wrong door just affirmed what we already suspected...... 2605 is decorated way nicer than a lot of the other units! The Moylans have not overlooked a single detail..... everything from the furniture to the bedding to the furnishings to the kitchen items to the immaculate condition of the condo! It was all a "TEN"!! Thanks, Moylans, for generously sharing your blessing with those of us who can only stay one week at the beach, but we want to stay someplace nice. We absolutely loved every minute of our vacation, and it was just great being in such plush accommodations at such an affordable price!

Pat/Janet,I just wanted to drop you a note telling you how wonderful your place is at the Margate. My family and my parents had a great time. I honestly can’t believe you rent your unit!!! Everything was top of the line!! Loved how you decorated the space. The proximity to the fishing pier was great. My father was able to sleep in…while my husband and son hit the pier early. The whole trip was a blast for everyone!! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with my family!! When we come back next summer…I’ll definitely check your availability first!!P.S. My children thought they were at home. I made them sit on towel when we ate at the table…afraid that they may spill something on the chairs. They had to pick up their wet towels and hang them up…and the list goes on. My son did like the legos and built a pyramid. He left it for the next little person to admire.

Dear Janet,I just wanted to take the time to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We had a great time and the weather was wonderful. Gale was especially nice and we had a perfect day Saturday for a beach wedding. The view was incredible, especially when two military helicopters flew by and they were lower than us. Janet, I just want to tell you what a lovely time we had on our Myrtle Beach vacation this year. Your condo is lovely and we were certainly most comfortable. Not only is it wonderfully appointed but the wireless availability was an added treat. We do hope to come back again next year. Gale was super as well. Thank you so much for renting your wonderful and luxurious oceanfront condo at the Margate Tower in Kingston Plantation. It was incredible! The view from the 26th floor balcony was impressive and so very relaxing – I read an entire book while sitting out there. Our family vacation was the most relaxing one we have ever had and we will have memories of our stay there to last a lifetime! The kids loved it too, as well as the pools and beach. The furnishings and accommodations and all the essentials and extras you provide in your unit truly made it a luxurious home away from home - one we never wanted to leave. Plus the convenient location to golf, shopping, and dinning made it all the more enjoyable. Thanks again and we look forward to returning someday soon.

The views this condo has are amazing -- all you see is ocean on out and all the beachgoers below. This unit was spotless and we were impressed at all the amenities: tvs, full kitchen, and the mud room entrance into the washer and dryer area. Very kid-friendly: my sons enjoyed sharing the toys kept in this condo. There is also a packnplay and highchair if needed. Whole family enjoyed the visit and loved staying here!
