Why do we feel our unit has no comparison? Not only do we have one of the largest 2 bedroom floor plans we also have furnished the suite with the highest quality in mind. Our suite is not decorated like the vast majority of suites you will find in Mexico(heavy and crowded furniture), we have furnished our suite in a modern contemporary theme.
We believe you have found the finest two bedroom in all of Las Palomas- the only 4 diamond resort in Puerto Penasco. This large open floor plan includes 2 bedrooms / 2 baths and is located in the newest phase of Las Palomas. If you prefer an open floor plan this is the suite for you. The interior has over 1600 sq ft and the private balcony has over 400 sq ft with 40 linear ft of ocean view! We are also pleased to have our unit featured on the Las Palomas informercial!
In this suite you will find wall mounted LCD televisions in every room, high grade furniture and accessories, fully equipped kitchen, and the most comfortable and appealing patio furniture you will find. We have even stocked our condo with games such as: dominos, playing cards, chess, checkers, monopoly, scrabble and more.

As a guest of Las Palomas you are entitled to use the facilities in both the 1st phase and 2nd. Don't forget the wood fire pizza in the pool bar (phase II), the award winning restaurants (La Maria-Mexican, Citron-French), and the award winning golf course! Citron now offers a great Sunday Brunch.

Our suite is professionaly managed by Las Palomas, thus the following services are included in your rate...
daily maid service, ability to set up an account and charge at the bars & restaurants, 24/7 front desk assistance if you have a problem with appliances, internet, telephone, A/C or the door key.
Another benefit is not having to pay for a checkout cleaning fee or daily wrist band fees (already included in the rate).

- Balcony : We have one of the large balconies in the resort. 400+ sq ft of ocean view. The suite provides seating for 8 people and a day bed. Looking at other balconies you will notice none compare to ours.

- Beach View : the view is amazing from this 6th floor unit. this floor level provides the perfect view of the beach, ocean and pools. You are high enough to avoid much of the ground noise, yet not too high.
- Ocean View : No other resorts in front of your view. our balcony provides over 40 linear feet of ocean view.
- Golf Course View : Ocean on one side and the golf course on the other side.

Why the Owner Chose Las Palomas Resort
We have traveled to many areas of the world, in particular coastal and beach areas. We purchased a beach home in Puerto Penasco Mexico for the following reasons... The proximity to major western US cities was something we could not pass up. Also, the beach area is one of the most beautiful beaches we have seen. We found the area we wanted to buy in, now we just needed to find a resort that would offer the finest amenities and services we expect when we travel. Fortunately, we found a resort that offered everything we wanted. The resort we purchased in is the finest resort in all of Puerto Penasco and the only 5 diamond rated resort in Puerto Penasco. We truly love the area and the memories it will offer for years to come.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our original intent for our property was to own and not rent, thus we furnished our suite with the highest quality furnishings. Since we are not able to use the property as much as we would like, we decided to rent during the times we could not use it. Here are a few reason we love our property... We love the open floor plan our suite has (one of the largest in the entire resort), we love the large ocean view patio that measures 400sq ft. We love the excellent restaurants located within our resort. We love the 5 diamond amenities the resort offers. Last and not least, we love the ocean and beach area in front of our suite!

We stayed at this beautiful condo and had the best time!! Everything was first class from the moment we checked in until we left. The Condo was perfectly decorated and well stocked with a gorgeous view of the Sea Of Cortez. We made tons of great memories and the food at the restaurant was fantastic!!

We have had a great time in Puerto Penasco! We have as part of a large group to build 3 homes for needy families. We worked hard and it was great to ahve a place to rest and relax after a long day building. Your place is beautiful! Maybe sometime we will come back just for vacation! thank you

Stayed June 18th - 23rd, absolutely loved room, my family also stayed in the same resort (separate reservation/owners), three separate rooms total, our view and room were the best. They provided even laundry detergent, no dirty laundry to take back home :) Truly satisfied with our stay, room is directly infront of the elevator which is very helpful when loading and unloading with children. STAY HERE, I truly recommend it. Thank you

everything we needed was there. we brought our bathing suits and an ice chest full of food and we were set! everyone at the resort is so nice and accommodating and i want to move there if i could! thanks so much for such as awesome place that you actually shared with strangers. and thanks for finding our laptop and offering to pick up and return to us! ur the best condo owners ever! ill be staying here again for sure!

Just want to let you know we enjoyed staying in your vacation home. your kitchen utensils, pans and silverware were very nice, as well as dishware and glassware. The furniture inside and out were very comfortable and attractive. We really enjoyed relaxing in the outside patio area. My grandaughter was so happy that you had monopoly. She learned how to play monopoly and was wanting to play every night after dinner. thank you very much for such a pleasant and comfortable accomodations. P.S. thank you for the nice tv's in the bedrooms and front room.
