Had a wonderful weekend at this great house. The owners are very helpful and friendly and the proximity to town was great! Loved the pool table and the hot tub.

Great place for families

Really nice place with lots of charm and fantastic location in town. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Upstairs deck with hot tub surrounded by Aspens is terrific. Big bonus is the pool table in the back room that our kids loved. Nice ground level patio and private back yard as well. Landlord went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Great spot for the annual get together with my brothers

My brothers, there wives, Susan, and I stayed here for a week in July 2012 during the Wildflower Festival for what is becoming an annual get together. Everything about the house was great! Not only is it a good location, both for walking into town and biking/hiking trails, it is also very well equipped and comfortable. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't already there - very accommodating! Crested Butte is beautiful as are the surrounding mountains. We did a lot of mountain biking and hiking and were pretty worn down at the end of each day. The comfort of this house made a great place to relax when we got done with our hard days of having fun. I hope to be back!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed and included some fun extras that made our week extra special. The adults enjoyed the deck, pool table, and hot tub, where the two little ones enjoyed the box of toys and juke box. We enjoyed this house during the week of July 4th and found the location of the house to be perfect; we were able to walk to a from downtown to enjoy the festivities in just a couple of minutes. This was especially important with our young families. We also cooked a majority of our meals at this house instead of going out and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed. Working with owners was very easy and they made our first VRBO experience an exceptional one.

Recommended for: Families with young children

Owner response: So glad you enjoyed our home! We want our guests to feel like it's their home away from home and try to make everything as comfortable as possible. We spend lots of time there in the off seasons, so I try to bring everything up to my expectations at least twice a year! Hope to have you back again sometime.

I almost don't want to write this review, because I want the place to remain a secret. The house is fantastic! Much bigger than the pictures suggest. The heated floors were a pleasant surprise. The hot tub is perfect after a long day. The pool table room with the bar was great for hanging out before and after going out. The location could not be any better. It's a 3-5 minute walk to the shuttle, and 2 minute walk to Talk of the Town and my favorite TeoCali Tamale. The place was immaculate when we got there, and Cinda was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. The snow was the worst CB has had in 20+ years, but our group still had a great time. Only negative: Couldn't get the television in the pool table room to work (didn't matter as we had the jukebox going or played our own music on the iPod).

Beautiful Home Away from Home

We stayed here in February of 2011. We came to CB for a family reunion and birthday celebration. The house was wonderful! Not only did it have everything we needed to make things easy and fun (e.g. fully equipped kitchen, games, fresh towels, detailed instructions, snow toys, etc.), it also was the perfect fit for adults and children alike. It is a short walk to Elk Street and was also private enough to feel really cozy on a snowing day. We all loved our stay and hope to come back some day...Thank you for a weekend we will not soon forget! The Styduhars

The best amenities!

We've stayed in many houses throughout Colorado for skiing (and Florida for the beach), and this was by far the nicest rental house with fantastic amenities! You could actually cook any meal and find the right pan, pot, utensil, spice, grater, wine opener... the list goes on. The back pool room with the bar was a blast. My kids enjoyed playing pool or diving into the many assorted legos available. The beautiful heated floors throughout the house were toasty, and the beds were comfortable! We loved the hot tub. There were handy signs all over the house explaining how to use this and that, and the tv's in all the rooms were a must since we were staying during College Bowl Week. We never missed a kickoff. It was a short walk to the shuttle stop to ski. The owner's notes were very clear about parking during snowfall. But best of all, the whole house was extremely clean! I'd like to have their cleaners come to my house! There is no doubt that when we return to Crested Butte, this is where we will stay.

Lots of mountain biking ...& more biking ... House was incredible, felt like home (except nicer). Perfect amenities - hot tub, grill, pool table, etc. were well used. Love the town, the mountains. LOVE THE HOUSE! Beware the BEARS - be sure to lock the trash bin tight !!

Chillin' on the porches, walking to Izzy's in the mornings for bagels & coffee, and just enjoying the splendor of CB. We can't think of a better way/location to feel like you're living in CB rather than visiting. Thanks so much !!

We had a wonderful 3 generation vacation. The grandkids loved the "party" room, and we all enjoyed the hot tub and spaciousness of the house. We saw 2 large deer and a BEAR in the yard !

Coming back to this cozy house - we felt right at home. The kids loved the pool room, and I loved the hot tub! The people in CB are SO NICE - makes for a wonderful place to get away from the stress of our everyday life. We'll be back!

We absolutely LOVED your home. We have stayed in many vacation homes here and this is the best !! Our entire family enjoyed billiards, hot tub, grill, deck, stargazing ..... But most of all we loved being in your home with all the comforts, gadgets, and supplies. Steph and Sarah were wonderful - a pleasure having them help us with fabulous meals and cleaning.
