Emerald Beach Resort is soon to be the true "emerald" of Florida's panhandle. This magnificent condominium is situated on the 16th floor for views of the gulf that are nothing less than spectacular. In the morning, you can actually watch sting rays and dolphins from the balcony!

The tastefully decorated interior accents the rich mahagony furniture to make your stay as comfortable as possible and one of the most spacious 2-bedroom floorplans on the gulf keeps even the largest family from being cramped. Over 1200 feet of "the world's most beautiful beach" is yours to enjoy during your stay.

This unit has an extra-large master bedroom suite with a king bed and a bay window which makes you feel that your floating on air as you look out over the gulf. The master bath has a large garden tub and separate glass-door shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The family-room couch folds out to a queen bed, and the hall bunk-beds work great for the kids. The large kitchen has everything including dishwasher and garbage disposal. There's even a washer and dryer to take care of those laundry needs.

For your entertainment the family room has a 32 inch LCD flat panel TV with DVD player while 27 flat screen TV's are found in both bedrooms. High speed internet access is as convenient as plugging your computer into the wall.

Emerald Beach Resort is conveniently located only minutes from the baseball/softball complex, water parks, and the new upscale Pier Park retail development which has an incredible selection of restaurants, top department stores and specialty shops, and a state-of-the-art multiplex movie theater.

The resort also features a brand new Starbuck's Coffee, beachside pool and hot tub. On the skywalk, the Skybar will become a great place to hang out with friends and watch the game on the row of flat panel TV's.

  • Dear Diane, We just got back from a stay in your condo!! Where to begin!! The condo is great, view excellent!! We saw dolphins from the balcony!! All appliances in good working condition. Clean place!! More than enough room for us(Mark,Abi,I)!! We had family that stayed in 1634, they liked ours better!! Pier Park is so much fun!! The pools are great, especially the Floridita one!! Beach is super!! Thanks and Thanks!!
