Everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable is provided in this one bedroom, ground-level condominium in Kihei Kai Nani in sunny Kihei on the island of Maui. This is a privately owned property (not a time share) where the owner resides for an annual winter vacation. Because I do not use a rental agency I am able to offer discounted rates to my guests.
I take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable yet affordably priced property and invite my guests to enjoy the same comforts in a great location on the island of Maui. A queen size bed and queen sofa bed will sleep up to four people. (Two adults and 1 or 2 children recommended.) We ask that guests please observe the no-smoking policy. Laundry facilities are conveniently located next to a large swimming pool.
Kihei Kai Nani Vacation Resort is located on South Kihei Road, directly across from Kamaole Beach II of the world renowned Kamaole Beaches where you can walk for over a mile from one beach to the next on some of the softest sand to be found anywhere! Kam II is perfect for swimming and snorkeling with lifeguards on duty-- a great beach for children. Several restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well as activity info and equipment rentals. World-class golf courses are just minutes away in Wailea.
Kihei is approximately 12 miles from the Kahului Airport, on the drier, sunny side of the island. Temperatures average in the high 70's to mid 80's during the day and 60's at night; comfortable for sleeping.

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1998
I have owned my condo for 12 years and have completed several upgrades since then including a complete bathroom remodel. Most recently I installed new floor tile in the bathroom and hallway, painted the living room, hallway, kitchen and the kitchen cabinets. There is no place I'd rather be than Maui, where I enjoy waking to the sound of island birds, swimming in the ocean each morning, and eating fresh papaya, mango and pineapple for breakfast. I plan to retire and move to Maui permanently. My condo is more than a just a rental property; it is my second home. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Our vacation on Maui was fantastic. We enjoyed the location and comfort of the Kihei Kai Nani condo. The property was well maintained. The pool at the condo complex was enjoyable and the ocean beach only a short walk away.

A wonderful condo and great location. Bette was very professional and helpful when booking our stay and we were not disappointed upon arrival. Lots of extras provided and very inviting with a Hawaiian atmosphere. Updated with a new bathroom, tile etc and very clean. The resort is centrally located within walking distance to many restaurants and minutes to the best beaches! I love the peaceful location of the condo - away from the road and noise. It's only the birds you will deal with..... They love singing early and also at sunset. Hope to come back and enjoy another stay. You won't be disappointed.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

First trip to Hawaii, but not last. Made easy by the location of the condo. The condo was as adveritised and I would recommend it to anyone. Not only was it across the road from the beach (very busy road by the way), but it was set back from the road and was quiet (except for the birds). The only negatives we found was the sprinkler system starting at 3am and the time we had to spend there was too short. The condo was clean, well kept and we had no problems with it at all.
