- Pet Friendly : We love animals. Just be tidy both indoors and outdoors. There is a great dog park across the street at Wallace Park.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : There are three steps outside to get up to the courtyard in front of condo. The bathroom is small and may be difficult with a walker.
- Kid Friendly : Kids are welcome. Wallace park has a great play structure and is a very active park. Baseball, basketball, tennis courts.

- Smoking Not Allowed : Please smoke outside, either in the back or the front of the unit. NO SMOKING inside.
