- Pet Friendly: We love animals. Just be tidy both indoors and outdoors. There is a great dog park across the street at Wallace Park.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): There are three steps outside to get up to the courtyard in front of condo.
- Kid Friendly: Kids are welcome. Wallace park has a great play structure and is a very active park. Baseball, basketball, tennis courts.

- Smoking Not Allowed: Please smoke outside, either in the back or the front of the unit. NO SMOKING inside.
