Come and enjoy the Florida Keys! Fully furnished two-story townhouse in Executive Bay Club located on mile marker 87.2 in the heart of Islamorada, 'Fishing Capital of the World'. Key Largo is approximately 15 minutes away; Marathon approximately 30 minutes; and Key West one and a half hours.

Executive Bay Club is in a gated community that is on the bayside. This gated community has a heated pool, small beach, fishing/boat dock, clubhouse, and 2 tennis courts. Come take in our spectacular sunsets.

Our unit has been completely remodeled with granite countertops. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom even has a bidet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two double beds. It allows 6 to sleep comfortably.

Walking distance from Founders Park, a full facility community park which includes beach, marina, cycling trails, exercise/ walking trail, soccer field, baseball fields, basketball court, skate boarding ramps, and an Olympic pool. Shops, fine dining and attractions are all close by and available for your enjoyment and relaxation in the beautiful Florida Keys.

This property is just minutes away from a large chain grocery store, CVS pharmacy, a cinema, and a hospital. Also close to the world famous Tiki Bar. A great place for breakfast or lunch is Robby's, 'Hungry Tarpon', where you can feed 4' to 6' Tarpon, or relax with a fine meal and watch the Tarpon feeding at the docks, rent a boat or a kayak.

For a Dolphin Show visit the Theater of the Sea where you can swim with the Dolphins. Other great places to visit and/or dine: World Wide Sportsman, Pierre's, Morada Bay, Islamorada Fish Company, Lazy Days, Bentleys, Green Turtle, John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Molasses Reef.

Leisure activities: beachcombing, deep-sea fishing, jet-skiing, pier-fishing, snorkeling, water-tubing, bird-watching, fly-fishing, paddle-boating, sight-seeing, sound/bay-fishing, cycling, paragliding, sailing, swimming, walking, wind-surfing, fishing, roller blading, scuba-diving, snorkeling, tennis, water-skiing.

For reservations a deposit in the amount of $500.00 is required to hold the unit. In addition, there will be a security deposit for damages if any on the amount of $500.00 which will be mailed within 30 days after departure if no damage occurred during stay.
