Hello and Welcome. We’re glad you found us. Enjoy panoramic Golf Course views from our quality well-cared for home in the Resort and Golf Adult Community of Sun City West. This home is furnished with casual, comfortable furniture, flavored with a touch of elegance and a Southwestern flair.
As you enter this 1,800 square foot home note the open floor plan and Golf Course views from the Gathering Room, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The entry opens to the spacious Gathering Room furnished with sofa, and easy chairs, new flat-screen TV, DVD/VCR and satellite TV service. The Kitchen with breakfast area and breakfast bar is adjacent to the Gathering Room. Both rooms have sliding glass doors leading to a large east facing (morning sun) patio overlooking the 6th double-fairway of the Pebblebrook Golf Course. The Kitchen has extensive counter space and beautiful honey oak cabinets. It is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, bakeware and utensils and well as modern appliances (glass top stove, double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and spacesaver microwave). Adjacent to the Kitchen is a fully equipped spacious Laundry Room and attached two car garage, with opener and plenty of storage space. The large Dining Room is conveniently located next to the Kitchen and Gathering Room and is appointed with quality wood table and chairs for six and can be expanded to comfortably seat 10-12 guests.
The huge patio, off the Gathering Room and Kitchen, has a large glass table with six comfortable slingback chairs, 2 easy chairs and ottomans and a large gas barbeque grill with side burner.
From the Entry, a hallway leads to the Master Bedroom suite furnished with a quality king-size bed, armoire and ladies triple dresser, 25" TV and VCR and a spacious walk-in closet. Quality linens are provided, including thick and thirsty towels and bath sheets. A Master Bath with modern vanity and a walk-in closet are part of the bedroom suite.
The master-size Guest Bedroom with queen bed is comfortably furnished with stylish dresser and night stand and has a large walk-in closet. The Guest Bathroom also has a modern vanity and is well appointed.
An office with 2 desks (one for the computer), chairs and daybed is conveniently located off the great area. DSL service will be provided.
Enjoy golf at any of our nine golf courses located within our community (7 community courses, 1 public and 1 private). Residents and tenants may reserve tee times up to 1 week in advance and play at discounted rates (neighboring community play at our courses: remaining times, if any, increased rate, only 3 day reserve). June through Sept. resident/tenant rates are $7 and $14 for 9 and 18 holes. All other times rates are $14 and $28 for individual rounds or buy a 10 round card for just $260.
Enjoy our indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and work out in our gyms at any of the four recreation centers. Join some of our many sporting, gaming, fitness, dancing and arts and crafts clubs. You can relax and enjoy an exciting vacation in Sun City West. You’ll find it a friendly community, filled with people from every state in the nation, as well as Canada and other countries. The community requires that one occupant must be age 55 or older.
Our home is a non-smoking building, no pets allowed.

We relocated to Sun City West, Arizona because through our research we found no other active adult community offering as many varied and wonderful ammenities and activities. A good friend who relocated to Sun City West from the midwest said it well. "You can probably find most of these activities and ammenities in the midwest, but you'd have to travel far and wide to get to them. In Sun City West we have every conceivable activity and golf conveniently located right here, along with shows and shopping. Or I can just relax, if I choose."
The Unique Benefits at this House
The Arizona Room, Kitchen and Bedroom enjoy panoramic golf course views. For early risers, this eastern sunrise washes the sky over the golf course with colors that look almost artificial. The sunset views from the front rooms are just as breathtaking. From the porcelain tile floors to the new kitchen, guests have repeatedly said this home exceeded their expectations.
