This lovely two bedroom, two bath Ketchum condo is located in a quiet complex just minutes from Sun Valley's River Run Lift, biking on the 40 mile bike path or hiking on Baldy Mountain or in the nerby Sawtooth mountains. Renters can walk to all the nearby restaurants, theatres, and movies or take the Free KART bus into the sparkly village and lodge of Sun Valley. which is one mile down the road.
IN THE WINTER, YOU CAN SKI TO THE LIFTS, FOR DOWNHILL SKIING OR WALK TO THE BIKE PATH FOR CROSS COUNTRY AND SKATE SKIING. Home of the famous Boulder Mountain Cross Country race from Galena Lodge, this area has the best groomed trails in the world. The River is just steps away for fantastic fishing. THE COMPLEX HAS A FENCED SWIMMING POOL WITH JACUZZI AND POOL FOR GUESTS ONLY. -- KEY IN AND OUT.
My comfortable, sunny unit has been decorated with you in mind. The entry area holds your gear and the welcoming living room and dining rooms were redecorated in June 2007. The bedrooms are large with a marble shower bathroom off the Master Bedroom and the second bath off the hallway holds a tub/shower with separate vanity. The washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
The location is perfect for a family that enjoys taking part in different activities. The kids can enjoy the movies while the parents dine or cruise through the many art galleries, boutiques, or speciality fishing, ski and clothing stores.
Nearby airports include Sun Valley (SUN) which is 10 miles away and Boise (BOI) which is a 2-1/2 hour drive. A week is never enough in Sun Valley.
Sorry there is no smoking or pets allowed and I ask Guests to remove their foot wear to ensure the carpets are clean for the next guests.

Owner Description
I first came to Sun Valley in the 70's to learn to ski with my family and fell in love with the area. I soon realized that the Summers were just as fantastic as the winers. My first condo -- vacation get-away - was small and as the years went on I bought a larger unit with more to offer. After selling my California business, I was able to spend more time in Idaho, and 10 years ago, moved permanently. I have never looked back. I stayed in my condo for five months, while my home was being re-modeled and found it to be comfortable over the long term and a fantastic location.
Hiking in he nearby White Cloud and Sawtooth mountains is the best. Day trips to three local lakes is fun as is the one-hour drive to Stanley, Idaho, or Red Fish Lake Lodge. there is nothing like the beauty of this part of Idaho.
Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
My condo backs up onto the Sun Valley parking lot, so I found it was possible to ski to the lifts in the Winter. In the summer, the bike path is very close as is the Big Wood River for fishing. Restaurants, shops, art galleries and movies are just a few blocks away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
My deck is sunny all year around and in the Summer, the grass and flowers make the setting perfect. The pool and jacuzzi are fenced so that only the owners and renters can go in and out. A key to the gate is provided for each unit. I like to keep this "home-away-from-home" as clean and spiffy as possible. It has lots of extra sheets and towel, patio furniture and picnic supplies. since I live close by, I can add whatever a renter needs..
