The view from our unit on the 4th floor of Tower 1, is simply spectacular, overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is conveniently located near the elevators which make our unit easily accessible.
Our beautiful, professionally decorated and fully furnished condo sleeps 6-8,(2 bedrooms/bunk area/queen sleeper sofa) with over 1200 square ft. of living space.
The large Master Bedroom has access to the oversized balcony overlooking the ocean. Large entertainment center with TV and DVD player. Cable and internet connections. The King size bed has a plush mattress and down pillows. The master bedroom has a breakfast area for two in front of a large bay window overlooking the beautiful ocean view. It has a large walk-in closet with mirror doors. Large private bathroom with cultured marble double sinks, a deep corner tub, separate shower, commode recess and tiled floor.
The Guest Bedroom features a queen size bed with the same plush mattress and pillows. Lighted ceiling fan. Room includes closet with mirror doors. Two 2-drawer night stands, Entertainment center with TV and DVD player and extra drawers for storage.
Twin Size Bunk Beds (kids and teenagers love them!) are recessed in the hallway next to a deep closet.
The sunny Living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa and love seat. Large LCD TV with DVD player. The Living area opens up to the oceanfront balcony, separated by large screened-in double doors, allowing you to hear and feel the ocean breeze while relaxing on the sofa. The large oversized Balcony has a table with 4 chairs and a lounger with a side table.
The Kitchen features granite counter tops, GE appliances, a large pantry and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. It is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.
Dining area is elegantly decorated. Large table seats 6 with comfortable, upholstery cushioned chairs.
The Hall Bathroom has a combination tub/shower, marble vanity, commode and tiled floor. Hair blow dryers are furnished in each bathroom.
Our Condo come equipped with a stacked full-size Washer/dryer in large capacity for your personal laundry needs,as well as iron and board.
To add a personal touch our condo is professionally decorated with beautiful artwork which creates a feeling of warmth and relaxation. We feel certain that our accommodations will add to the enjoyment of your vacation at Panama City Beach. We welcome your stay at our beautiful second home on the beach.
