This is truly a Lake Tahoe vacation paradise. It is supremely private and quiet. The entire property has lake views galore. This condo is located in a tower with elevator access and elevated views. It has been completely remodeled and updated in all the right ways. The kitchen hosts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous wood vinyl floors.
The master bedroom is carpeted, has a queen size bed and a sliding glass door to the patio. It also has a television. The master bath is covered in marble countertops and new fixtures. One of the guest rooms also has a queen size bed and television and is carpeted. The third bedroom sleeps two in single beds and is carpeted. Guests will enjoy marble countertops and new fixtures in their bathroom.
The living room has a large LCD television surrounded by extremely comfortable carpet and furniture. The balcony is so picturesque--you will love having dinner there while hearing and looking at the lake. The pine trees in the distance offer a feeling of mountain relaxation. Just a short walk away is the recreation area which has 2 magnificent lakefront tennis courts, a one of a kind lakefront swimming pool with connected kids wading pool, a completely remodeled pier with boat access and benches to bask in the beauty, a lakefront clubhouse with a wrap-around balcony and a small lakefront workout room.
