Our cozy, comfortable 900 square foot home has two bedrooms with new queen beds, new fold-out sleeper sofa, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a complete kitchen, washer and dryer, and deck with BBQ grill. We allow smoking outside only. Pets allowed on approval.
The owners are Deborah A. and Michael A. Limacher.
Born in San Francisco, Michael has been in Alaska for ten years after living on the Big Island of Hawaii. Helping to maintain the property, fishing and boating, his love of Homer grows. He has been involved in multi-level therapy most of his life.
Deborah was born in New York. On her 21st birthday, she packed up her VW bug, and with a friend and their dogs, headed for Alaska. Settling in Homer in 1976, she began a 21-year fishing career. Her true love, however, is biodynamic gardening and being with the flowers. She finds alternative ways of healing through flower essences and essential oils.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
rates (May 15-Aug 15] .. $125/a night for 2 & $20/night each add'l person.
Weekly rental gets 7th night free.
All rates based on double occupancy. 3% tax not included in quoted rates.
50% deposit required to reserve home. Balance due two weeks before arrival.
Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival receives full refund less a $25
cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days= no refund.
Accepts payment by check, money order, or credit card.
