Coconut Point is a spectacular new (2007) Atlantic oceanfront home on the Bahamian out-island of Eleuthera. It is located in the center of the island on the pristine pink sand beaches of Double Bay. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a screened-in ocean-view porch and great room with kitchen and dining area. The house is large enough to sleep up to 10 people comfortably.
Views, Views, Views
Sitting atop a 21-foot dune,the home was designed to maximize the incredible views of both the ocean and the palm forest surrounding it. The great room, kitchen, screened porch, all 3 bedrooms and master bath afford sweeping views of the azure waters of the Atlantic and the lush tropical palm forest.
Master Suite
The centerpiece of the home is the master suite with near panoramic views. Sleep peacefully each night with the windows open, listening to the hypnotic sounds of the waves breaking on the shore below. Wake-up each morning in the king-size bed and watch nature's spectacular morning show;the sun rising over the sparkling water and slowly illuminating the island.
No need to miss the views in the master bathroom either. The huge master shower with rain-shower head, also boasts a window facing the Atlantic.
The Beach
Coconut Point is located on Double Bay, a very private beach with pink, powdery sand. Guests can walk the virtually deserted beach for miles, wandering in search of shells, sea glass and ocean creatures. Dotted with luxury vacation homes, most hours of most days, the beach is quiet and peaceful with rarely a soul in sight. Eleuthera beaches are consistently rated among the top beaches in the world and Double Bay is one of the most beautiful in Eleuthera. Coastal Living , the New York Times and Forbes Magazine are just a few of the publications that have recently touted the virtues of Eleuthera's beaches.

- Lanai: A covered porch runs the length of the oceanside of the home. There is also an ocean-view screened-in porch with a beautiful double chaise lounge.

- Beachfront: Double Bay beach is one of the most beautiful on the island. Guests can walk for miles either to the north or south exploring the pink, powdery sand beach, collecting seashells, seaglass and other treasures.
- Oceanfront: Coconut Point's oceanfront location has sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and two small islands. There are many large windows and glass doors that afford near panoramic views from much of the home.
