I just want to drop you a quick note to let you know what a wonderful time my wife and I had at Coconut Point. We arrived home with such great memories. The house was perfect and we so enjoyed our time.John and Beulah took great care of us and we simply relaxed and let the stress of the world melt away.We celebrated our 20th anniversary dinner at Tippy’s and did get north to Harbor Island and south to the Ocean Hole but pretty much stayed close to Double Bay. Why leave such a great location?

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was all we hoped for and more! The layout of the house was perfect, so open and spacious. The sound of the surf was amazing. What a great way to go to sleep at night. The views from the deck and master bedroom were spectacular! We had a wonderful week! We will definitely recommend your property. The only disappointment was having to leave at the end of the week.

We wanted to take a moment here to thank you both so much for sharing your lovely vacation home in Double Bay with us this past March. The house was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We were treated very well by John Gibson who attended to our every need. We hit a bad spell of high winds and some rain, but despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Coconut Point.

We had a wonderful time at Coconut Point. The home is well cared for, beautifully appointed and very welcoming. Such a pleasure to enjoy quiet and peace , the beach is absolutely perfect, never saw a single person for 7 days, very private. The beds are comfortable, the home is clean and up to date, easy to entertain or just relax.

Beautiful and private. The house was exactly as described. The owners and caretaker were great to work with. Everything was clean and just as the photos showed. There is no reason as far as I am concerned to travel so far to all the different caribbean islands. Been there, done that. This is very close to Miami, easy to get to and absolutely beautiful. Private beach. I would highly recommend this property and would like to return.

Simply put - the property is as described. Renting was simple and the owners/caretaker were a pleasure to work with. Hopefully we will visit Coconut Point and Eleuthera again soon. We were on Eleuthera in mid-February 2010. It was a wonderful week, despite cool weather. The house was perfect, well maintained and private. The beach on Double Bay is one of our favorites, and the Caribbean side Ten Bays Beach is only 10 minutes away driving. The house is away from town (GH) but still close enough to everything that you don't feel like you are in a remote location. We have a 16 month old baby. The crib and high chair were greatly appreciated! We had no problems with the house or our visit. We will come again!

Simply put - the pictures and description are accurate. It is heaven on earth. We had no issues and had a wonderful week. The beach is one of the best on the island in our opinion and Ten Bay is 10 minutes away on the Caribbean side if the Atlantic is too rough. They had the baby crib (Graco Pack and Play) and a high chair. Makes travel easier! No internet (a plus) and decent cell phone service for us (T-mobile and ATT GSM). Kudos to John (the caretaker) and Karen (the owner). The renting process was easy and problem free. We will be back...

We absolutely loved Coconut Point, the island and the people. It was our first trip to Eleuthera and we can't wait to come back! Coconut Point is exactly as pictured and is very comfortable. The master bedroom is lovely! It's a great home located in Paradise!

Coconut Point was a beautiful getaway from the bleak weather of home. From the long stretches of beach with glimmering pink sand and lapping waves to the friday night fish fries full of music and dancing that were right down the road, every aspect was throroughly enjoyable. The home itself made an instant impression as I walked through the front door. Looking over the threshold I was able to see through a wall of french doors that let in the entire oceanic horizon. Every detail was thought of and the house was decorated with a sharp eye.
