Sea Trace is a professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome with excellent ocean views. Decorated in a vintage, nautical theme...Sea Trace makes for a true beach experience while enjoying the comforts and amenities of home. The reverse floor plan maximizes views from the living area. The kitchen and living room are very open, which is perfect for family gatherings. Located less than a mile north of the stop light in Surf City, on a quiet "Dead End" street, with NO thru traffic makes it a perfect place to vacation with kids.
Two deeded beach accesses lead you on a 100 yard stroll to the ocean. Enjoy ocean views from the Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room and two large decks. (1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Bunk Bed (Cozy Kids' Room), 2 Twins, 1 Convertible Sofa) Cable TVs, Sony Playstation a few games provided...feel free to bring your own), Internet access, and DVD players are offered for your indoor entertainment. Very private outdoor shower with hot and cold water allows you to rinse off after a day at the beach or a swim in the ocean. Outdoor storage closets are perfect to store your beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. Walking distance to restaurants and other activities, including a fishing pier, and a kayak and bike rental shop. (They also have a kayak launch for you to enjoy exploring the local tidal creeks...see link) Two car covered parking under the townhouse with a "bad weather" entrance. (We like to use this area for family gatherings outside in the evenings)

Sea Trace is close enough to dining and entertainment while still offering privacy because it is located on a dead end street. There is no through traffic. We offer the best value based on location, furnishings, and amenities of any property in this price range. We invite you to compare other properties to Sea Trace prior to inquiring. We are certain that Sea Trace is the best value!
The satellite view is VERY old. Our property is not even on there. It is conveniently located to local dining and entertainment spots while offering two beach accesses for an easy stroll to the beach.
Waterfront Playground, Boat Ramps, Fishing Pier, Outdoor Concerts and Movies. Great place to take the family.
Owner's Map of Surf City
The Buckners live in Chapel Hill, NC but spend most of their time trying to get away for a long weekend to Topsail Island. We enjoy hanging out at the beach, riding bikes to the ice cream shops, and taking naps on the patio. Our son and his friends enjoy swimming in the ocean and tidal pools, building sand castles and volcanoes, and searching for crabs with a flashlight at night.

My family visited Topsail last May for Memorial day weekend. We have been visiting Topsail for some time. This home is decorated so beautifully and was just repainted prior to our visit. My four year old son asked all summer long when we would be going back to "our beach home" and I love how little ones think as he claimed it as his! He loved the game room. Although, we had to drag him to the beach since he wanted to "play" inside the campout room. This reminded me of the little cave theme at "great wolf lodge". He was a fan of spiderman after the week there. My daughter brought a friend and they used the twin room which was perfect for them with their own bathroom on the main level. The owners were very easy to coordinate with and flexible with our planning for the week. The home was stocked with all we necessary items for the stay as well. Just needed some parking instructions for more than two cars.... and that is not a complaint! Just requesting for future guests. WE will definitely be back this year!

My family, including two small children, vacationed in Surf City in June 2011, and this townhouse was a great location. It's easy to get to and just a short walk to the beach. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Overall a great place for a relaxing vacation!

It was a great week at Surf City. Sea Trace was the perfect place to stay. Our hosts were very very attentive and made sure that everything we needed was looked after. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable... wish I was there now.

We stayed here for our August 2010 family vacation. We had the most wonderful time. The house was beautiful and spacious. It was a quick walk to the beach even with our 5 year old twins. I would definitely recommend renting.

I came here with my sister and two young children. This was the perfect vacation spot for us. The dead end street is perfect for anyone with young children that can't wait to run to the beach! The beach really is a VERY short walk from the rental. The rental is very bright, clean and adorably decorated. My kids loved the bunk beds and all the bedrooms had tvs. I can't wait to come back next year with the rest of my family. We had a great time at Sea Trace! THANK YOU!

We had a great time at Sea Trace and it was beautiful and exactly as the pictures show. The weather was warm and the ocean awesome. We traveled to Wilmington to do some touristy stuff and it wasn't a bad drive. Overall, a huge difference from WI!!!!

In real estate it is all about location, location, location, and Sea Trace has it. We really think you have one of the best deals on Topsail. You are just across the st. from the ocean and you are only paying a fraction of the price. We found your home to be nicely decorated and kid friendly. Sea Trace is perfect for a family vacation or a quiet getaway. My grandsons loved the room with bunk beds. We enjoyed the ocean view and the quiet beach and look forward to staying there again.
