Fully furnished three bedroom, two bath HOUSE is located across the street from the beach in a nice quite neighborhood. You can walk your dog, ride your bike, or just stroll through the peaceful neighborhood.
Kitchen complete with appliances, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Bed linens, towels, cable tv provided.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, twin closets and full private bath! The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed; the third bedroom also has a queen size bed. There is a futon, full-size sofa in the sun room. The ocean is a short walk across the street, great shopping and antiquing in the Olde Town of Melbourne. 20 minutes from Cape Canaveral and 45 minutes from Orlando (Disney World). Top surfing at the famous Sebastian Inlet.
Indialantic is a lovely beach town with clean beaches, lots of parks, and friendly people. Great place to relax and get to know the real Florida!

Our stay here was GREAT the place was clean and Max our Teacup Chihuahua had lots of room to run . The yard was enclosed so we had no worries of her running out . Everything there was available to us so it was like being at home . I would definitley recommend to allRecommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

It was wonderful to be able to walk to the Beach. The house was fine. We didn't expect it to be the HILTON. The owner was nice to deal with and scheduled us different since there was other renters coming and going when we needed to come. He worked with us to provide the solution for us. The house is a bit outdated but when you are staying there, how much time do you stay in the house? The yard was the only thing that was a big dissapointment. We couldn't sit out in the yard and let our grandson play because of it. But after we left we wrote him about the yard and since he does not live by there he said that was being taken care of. As far as how many people it sleeps, there is a question. there was a king in Master Bedroom, a queen in one bedroom,plus a crib. A full in another Bedroom and a Futon in the Sunroom. Also a couch(not a sleeper) in the living room. we brought a blow up bed too so it all worked out fine. So if it woulnd't have been for the yard the house was fine. We spent a lot of time at the Beach. It is very affordable and that being said our vacation didn't suffer because of the yard. I would much rather be sitting at the beach instead. The future renters hopefully will see the improvements in the back yard that the owner said was going to be changed. All in all, It was great to be back where we used to live and visit with friends and enjoy a wonderful Wedding. Who can not like how close the very small walk to a Beautiful Beach was!!!!!! Everything that you would need to cook with was provided and the Kitchen and Bathrooms were Clean! That is important!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.
