This condo unit had everything one can wish for. It was clean, spacious and very well organized. It seems that every little detail had been taken care of down to extra trash bags and enough detergent for the dishwasher. We stayed for nine nights and skied 7 days and totally appreciated the comfy beds and couch, the warm fireplace, the balcony with great views, the selection of games, the wonderful lights in the kitchen/living area, and the incredibly beautiful kitchen with any utensil and piece of dish imaginable. Add to that well stocked supermarkets in town and it truly was like home. Taking the bus to Gondola Square was fun, and we took it into town as well. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful in any respect, even if I showed up three times in a row on the first day. Our son liked the pool and - oh well - the TVs. He also had enough space to play with his toys and litter the floor with books. I am certain we'll be back, I miss the view out of the windows at night: The snow-covered mountains illuminated by town lights. Thanks Shaun, you are a very thoughtful host in a very beautiful place.

Great Steamboat Vacation Condo!

The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of room for the kids and mother in law. Everyone had their own bathroom and the kids loved having the upstairs loft all to themselves. We loved the updated kitchen and entertainment system. More importantly were the comfortable beds and couch (which is often overlooked) after a hard day of skiing powder all day. Very well furnished and clean. There was a problem with the front door lock on arrival and maintenance came and fixed it within ten minutes. The pool and hot tubs's were great and the heated changing rooms were a nice touch. Awesome sledding hill for the kids coming into the unit–they took a day off skiing just to play in the snow! Location is really close to the slopes via shuttle or car. It was easy working with the owner and will definitely stay here next time we're in Steamboat. Breakfast-Creekside Cafe!

This condo had every element that makes for the perfect getaway. The beds were all comfy, it was very clean and the homey feel of the entire condo provided an excellent environment for kids, family, couples, youth.... you name it ! We absolutely loved the huge stone fireplace, which was an excellent source of heat for the unit. The speaker sound system attached to the Tv and the living room was awesome. The view from the balcony is incredible when the neighboring houses are blanketed in snow and lights and the walk to the bus stop is almost too short. The remodeled kitchen is exquisite and beautifully designed with stocked drawers full of supplies. We stayed in and cooked most nights. Tons of bed and space...My boyfriend and I would definitely rent this condo again upon a return to Steamboat, whether it be with more of our friends or with the kids. Also, the owner was very friendly and consistently willing and available to help us with anything we needed. Thanks Shaun! Great time :)

The photos don't lie--this place has the requisite cozy charm but is also impressively updated and spacious, with the capacity to sleep plenty of folks comfortably. The kitchen is gorgeously remodeled and there are plenty of thoughtful touches (especially technologically) that make it a standout from other properties in the area. Its convenient location, great floor plan, and beautiful views make it the ideal place to bring friends and family for a fun-filled weekend getaway!

This condo is amazing. So close to the mountain and a place that is very comfortable to relax and play! All the amenities of a first class residence with the charm of a classic ski get-a-way!
