Front Of House - Lake Tahoe Vacation Rentals This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home, built in 2003, is perfect for families or groups. In the winter Ski Homewood, Alpine, Squaw Valley, and North Star. In the summer you’re a short walk to Chambers Landing Beach and all the boating, hiking and biking you want! This sweet family friendly sunny house is located on the West Shore of Beautiful Lake Tahoe. It's a quiet neighborhood and is a gem! Our house is on top of a small hill. In the winter, after it snows, it's a great spot for your sleds and saucers! This is a 2 story house with the main living room upstairs with deck. We call this house the Tree House as it makes you feel like your up in the trees. Great for sunsets. There is a lot of sleeping space in this house. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed and private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms are down stairs one with a Queen. This room has french doors that lead out to a deck with a 2 person hot tub. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, Queen on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a sofa bed in the room outside the two bottom bedrooms. You got to see it to believe it!

Minimum stays over winter weekends.  Summer usually by the wk.
$500 Security Deposit. $200 Cleaning Fee.
No Cancellations. ADD 10% Hotel Tax on the rent. Ask about Pets.
