Come to our wonderful, 2 bedroom, 2 story, 1.5 bathroom condo, remodeled in 2006. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have a queen and bunk bed in them. We have Guest Passes for your use at the Trout Creek Recreation Center, a mile away, with a new gym, hot tubs, outdoor heated pool and sledding area. Squaw Valley and Northstar are less than 15 miles away. The Tahoe Donner cross-county and down hill ski areas are only two miles away.
The condo is very clean with a new kitchen, bathrooms, carpet and paint. There are games and toys to play with. We are next to a greenbelt, so it is very private. There is so much to do here, or you may choose to sit and read a book by the fire. Come up and enjoy the the Sierras, fresh air and snow!
Please bring your own bed sheets. We provide pillows, bath and kitchen towels. Although we love pets, no animals are allowed. We look forward to your stay.

- Shared Pool: There are three pools for your use at Tahoe Donner, and one is exclusively for adults, outside and open year round. We have guest passes for you to use the facilites. The facility fee is $7.65 per person, good for the entire day at all Tahoe Donner facilities.
- Sauna: There is a sauna at the Trout Creek Recreation Center, which is less than 2 miles from our condo.

- Snowskiing is just 5-20 minutes away. Squaw Valley, Alpine, Northstar, Sugar Bowl, and Tahoe Donner up the street, two minutes away (perfect for beginners). Horse Stables. Snowparks. Mountain biking. Hiking. Snow Shoeing. Cross Country Skiing. Swimming. Guest passes included to use private Tahoe Donner amenities such as 3 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, Donner Lake lakefront beach, new fitness center with classes, golf course, horseback riding, tennis, boating and skiing both water and snow. Fishing is great in the Truckee River & Donner Lake (which is stocked). Many other golf courses close by. Gambling and shows in Reno, Nevada 30 minutes, North Shore State Line 20 minutes (casinos). Downtown Truckee is adorable with many cute shops and restaurants and is only a few minutes away. We have many board games, puzzles and toys for you to enjoy.
