Living room with fireplace, TV, and fold out futon - Lanikai Vacation Rental This house is no longer available for short term rentals. Contact us if you are interested in long term rental after 2/1/08. Private 3.5 bedroom home on a large lot on quiet, dead end street in upscale Lanikai neighborhood. Older, charming home on large lot with mature landscaping and grassy yard, great for kids and even small pets are welcome. The large living room has a fireplace and is connected to the kitchen. There is a screened in porch for more seating options and a large outside lanai for relaxing and sunbathing. The beach access is only 1.5 blocks away and is also close to Lanikai's main swimming beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, Bedroom #3 is tiny and has a bunk bed. Including the fold out futon in the living room, the home can accommodate a maximum of 6-8 guests. Beach toys, snorkel and fin sets, umbrellas, beach mats, boogie boards etc. are all available for use at no extra charge. A two man kayak complete with paddles, life vests, and a rolling cart is available to rent for an additional $100 flat fee per stay. Bicycles are also available on request. No smoking allowed in the house. 30 day minimum stay. Mahalo!

$500 deposit required to hold a reservation.
