This 2 BR/2BA condo was completely redecorated in November, 2011 with new HD flat screens and HD DVD players as well as nearly all new furniture and paint throughout. It has a full view of the gulf from the family room, master bedroom, dining area, and kitchen. There are 36 of these condos at Maravilla and you can see the water from floors 2 - 4. Located on the 3rd floor, this condo has a great view of the water even while washing dishes in the kitchen. The master bedroom is large and has a king size bed and a larger closet. Just like the other 2 BR condos in this bldg, the guest bedroom is small and it does not have a closet. I did have a corner cabinet built to store your belongings. It has a queen size bed in this room with about a 2 foot clearence around the bed. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the family room and I'm sure it is as comfortable as sofa beds can be! This condo will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children.
The kitchen is stocked with many pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc as well as many small appliances. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October.
Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin WalMart and 3 miles West of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.

Whether you like water activities, shopping, outdoor concerts, or just laying on the beach, there is plenty to do in Destin. Send us an email or give us a call to find out more. Why the Owner Chose Maravilla
We vacation at Maravilla four times and found that we just kept coming back. We particularly like to location of Maravilla in relation to shopping and eating, the large beach, two pools, and nicely manicured property.

I have been vacationing in the Destin area since 1993 and fell in love with the beauriful beaches. I bought my first condo in 2003 and also began managing condos for other owners in 2005. Since i do not have a decorating bone in my body, I hire a decorator!!!

My family and I just got back from Maravilla in Destin. The location is fabulous, the Gulf of Mexico views from the unit with all the mirrored walls are beautiful even on a cloudy day. Nothing but unobstructed views of the gulf from almost all the rooms in the condo. The unit is painted with cheerful colors and big flat screen tvs in every room. Maravilla is walking distance to Pompano Joes restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My husband and I loved the walking paths right out front of the building, you could walk for miles and be looking out at the gulf. But best of all you can take your pet with you on vacation and our little terrier loved it. We had a wonderful week at Maravilla and will be returning next year for another great vacation

My husband, 15 year old son, & I stayed in this 3rd floor condo. I must say we didn't use the kitchen table even once because we used the table/chairs on the balcony. We enjoyed our Easter dinner on the balcony with the fabulous Gulf view! The condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The Maravilla is very family oriented and the grounds are tidy. The beach chairs/umbrella were icing on the cake! The owner was very nice to work with and we would definitely recommend this condo.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this condo. The condo was in good shape, the view of the Gulf was terrific and we found the owner to be very reponsive and accomodating. The price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend it especially if you are looking for a pet friendly place right at the beautiful beaches of Destin. Give it a try!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo twice. It is beautiful. So close to the beach. Condo is clean and includes everything you would need for a beach vacation. We will return!
