This redecorated 2 BR/2BA condo has a full view of the gulf from the family room and master bedroom. In April, 2005, we replaced nearly all of the furniture in the condo as well as the washer, dryer, microwave, mattresses and box springs.
Located on the 3rd floor, this condo has a great view of the water even while washing dishes in the kitchen. The master bed is a king, the guest bedroom has a queen, and the family room sleeper sofa is a queen. This condo will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 2 children.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has many small appliances. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October.
Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin WalMart and 3 miles West of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.
