Why the Owner Chose Athens
This seaside area of Vouliagmeni is known as the "Athens Riviera"... and rightly so! The sandy beach down the street from the apartment is amazing... and the tram can take you into the center of Athens.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
There are so many restaurants, clubs, supermarkets and the like in the area.... but the view of the Saronic Gulf from the apartment is amazing.... especially the sunset. As a matter of fact, this area is famous for it's picturesque sunsets on the Aegean. The apartment is located in a strictly residential area... so there is no noise from clubs, bars ect to interupt your peace!
This is a popular "Blue Star" of Europe Sandy Beach. It's a great place for children... there's also water skiing and other sea sports available.
