This special Deer Valley 4-bedroom Pinnacle Property overlooks the beautiful Deer Valley Ski Resort with unparalled views. There's an updated (remodeled in 2011) kitchen, elegant dining room, media room and a outside hot tub. The three master bedroom suites are large, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closets. All 3 master bathrooms were remodeled in 2010. The bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds decorated in mountain style. Many room ceilings are vaulted, with fioor to ceiling windows facing the amazing unspoiled mountain view. With a luxurious living room, game room with TV and pool table, plus a state of the art media room, you'll have three separate areas for family recreation. Air conditioning added in 2011. We love the Pinnacles and we know you will too.
Location is perfect for getting to both the Deer Valley ski resort and the Park City lifts. A free shuttle van to Deer Valley will pick you up at our condo and bring you back home. The public bus system is just below the condo to take you to Deer Valley, the Park City Ski Resort or to the Canyons Ski Resort. Utah offers many other resorts close to Park City as well.
The Deer Valley ski resort has been named by SKI magazine for the fifth straight year as the #1 resort in North America. The 2002 Olympics were held in Utah and all the resorts in the area just keep getting better with each passing year. The Olympics were a big success and a boom to the ski economy here in Utah. One of the things visitors love is how close the airport is to Park City. The drive is normally 45 minutes.
Once you've experienced the powdery snow of Utah you'll be spoiled for life. We have many repeat renters from all over the country. There are great tubing hills or snow-mobiling companies for those who want to change up their snow activity for the week.

We spent an enchanting Christmas week at this home with 3 generations of our family. The teens loved the house and all it offered . The grandparents loved the well equipped kitchen to prepare the meals for hungry skiiers. IT was spacious enough for wonderful times with family games around the living room and big round table. Children took over 4th and 5th level for movies, pool, hot tub and comfortable sleeping. Parents had their own private suites upstairs and grandparents appreciated the main level suite, kitchen and dining area with living room only 1/2 level down. It is so well stocked with games, puzzles, towels,soaps and all necessary items. The kitchen even had spices for cooking which I will not be stuffing in my suitcase the next time visiting . We all hope to return to this lovely home again. Owners are great to work with and were very helpful.

We stayed here with several families visiting over the course of a week. Plenty of room, separate areas for kids to play, great community kitchen and eating area. Fully updated bathrooms and kitchen. Newly decorated. New appliances in kitchen. Easy to access ski area and town. We loved it and would stay again. Friends inquired into booking too.

We had a group of people stay here in the summer. The condo is well-decorated, very clean and comfortable with a great pool table and nice hot tub. Location is perfect for accessing both Deer Valley and Main Street. We have already reserved it for two other trips!

This stunning home provided (exceeded) everything our group of 8 friends needed: gorgeous views along with easy access to lifts, shopping, restaurants made it a perfect location. The home has so many charming areas for relaxation with its welcoming kitchen, a fabulous great room, a pool room, an entertainment room. The multiple bedrooms also accommodate plenty of privacy for a large group. The home is absolutely lovely and we all agreed we would stay here again. The owner was also very pleasant and easy to work with. We felt welcomed before we even arrived! Thank you for making it a really wonderful, unforgettable time in Park City!

My family and another family just rented this condominium. It fully met our expectations, was in the most convenient location, plenty large enough for 7 people and very nice, as shown in the pictures, with great views. The shuttle to Deer Vally picks you up, 8 steps from the front door, and the local bus transportation stop is a 5 minute walk... Main Street is a 10-15 minute walk. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I would recommend to all, and would stay here again! It was our 1st visit to Park City and we all had a fantastic time!
