RELAX'N is a luxury houseboat with state-of-the-art accommodations. She is 85 feet long, 18 feet wide & combines the luxury amenities and familiarities of a home in a picturesque water setting.

Your day can be spent exploring, wine tasting, basking in the sun or using the various other water craft available. The upper deck provides spectacular 360 degree views, cool breezes, lounging, hot-tub and refreshments just an arm's length away.

RELAX'N is equipped with front & back porches with teak fruniture, an 18 foot wide swim platform and ceiling fans on the main deck. The upper deck has a covered area with bar and seating (teak furniture)also with ceiling fans, and an open area with an 8 person hot-tub and sunbathing area with chaise lounges.

RELAX'N is located in a pristine 235 water acre cove off the main body of Lake Travis providing beauty, privacy, security and serenity in one location. Hiking in a nature preserve is just another "extra" for your vacation.

Ski boat, jet skis and kayaks available at extra charges.

Gasoline and sales tax are not included.

• Amenities
  • Air Conditioning: Central air, 1,500 square feet under AC, ceiling fans and picture windows everywhere
  • Washer: Washer & dryer are exclusive to the boat and are in a separate room. Laundry supplies furnished
  • Dryer: Washer & dryer are exclusive to the boat and are in a separate room. Built-in ironing board with iron supplied
  • Linens Provided: Full linens for 10 guests, extra pillows and inflatable bed linens furnished. Beach towels for 10 are also provided
  • Off Street Parking: Guest vehicle parking is free at Yacht Club; secure and lit. There is an elevator and carts to transport you & supplies to boat. loading area.
  • Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Private cove has 2 slip boat dock to moore client boats. Parking for vehicles is also provided and free of charge
  • Elevator: there is a dumb waiter (elevator) to transport food & beverages to upper deck. An elevator at Yacht Club parking lot transports guests to the boat loading area.
• Beds
  • King Bed: There is a waveless waterbed in master suite. The suite also has a Jacuzzi tub for two, full standup shower, ceiling fan, 2 cedar closets, television/VRC, computer desk and sliding door to back porch.
  • Queen Bed: Down comforter, extra pillows, flat panel TV with DVD player & computer desk complete this suite!
  • Double Bed: The lower stateroom has a TV with VCR, double bed with extra pillows picture window and computer shelf for lake viewing and watching the sunrise!
  • Convertible Bed: There are 3 inflatable beds, queen, full and twin plus the couch for additional sleeping areas for guests. Linens & pillows are furnished for these beda as well.

  • Full Kitchen: Fully furnished kitchen features side by side refrigerator with filtered water & icemaker, self clean oven, flat top range, full size microwave,trash compactor, dishwasher, disposal system, coffee maker, blender, toaster & more cooking utensils/serving items than a well stocked home. All plates, silverware, cups * glasses as well as paper goods are furnished.
  • Cooking Utensils Provided: Dishes, cups, glasses and paper products are supplied. There are more cooking & serving utensils than a well stsocked home! Napkins & paper towels are furnished as well! Just bring the food and drinks!
  • Refrigerator: A 26 cf Side by side refrigerator with filtered water with ice maker hold all your groceries
  • Dishwasher: A full size QUIET dishwasher with disposal system sits next to the double sink.
  • Microwave: A full size buit-in microwave with all teh features is above the range.

  • Catering Available: Options include 5 star chef, prepared meals, custom menus and delivered groceries for self cooking. Call us for details!
• Outdoor Features
  • Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: A large dual burner propane large grill on upper deck, next to hot-tub and bar. All cooking/serving utensils are there!
  • Deck/Patio: Upper deck is 75 feet long by 18 feet wide - 360 degree views. 8 person hot-tub on upper deck. Teak seating area and lounge chairs with covered area and bar complete this space.
  • Lanai: Front and back porches with teak furniture seating up to 8 on each porch. An 18 ft wide swim platform is part of the back porch.
• View/Location
  • Lakefront: The houseboat cruises the lake to client preferred sites and has its own private cove for overnight stays. Porches, upper deck & picture windows provide specacular views. A Captain & crew are supplied as part of rental fee.
  • Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: The houseboat anchors in a number of locations for overnight rentals. The boat IS the waterfront and become part of the scenery with views from all parts of the houseboat.
  • Golf Course View: There are 50+ courses around the area, accesable by rental car. We can recommend courses and set up tee times for you.
• Communications
  • Cell Phone: Cell phone coverage is 100% on the lake. Guest to provide their own cellphone(s). There are battery chargers on boat in case you left yours at home!
  • Broadband Internet: Wireless High speed connections are available through your Internet provider on most areas of the lake.
  • WiFi (Wireless Internet): WiFi connectivity by your provider works on the lake but may be limited & dependent on anchor location on the lake.

  • An 18 ft wide swim platform on is part of the back porch with ladder. Floats,noodles, swim vests, & beach towels come with houseboat. Ski boat, jet skis, kayaks and canoe available for rent. Open front & back porches,upper deck with hot tub, entertainment center & bar with ice maker, covered area for your RELAX'N pleasure complete the boat.
• Suitability
  • No Pets Allowed: Since the houseboat is anchored away from shore, pets have no way of relief.
  • Kid Friendly: Yes if houseboat is rented by a single family or family group. Railings, locking doors and child life vests provide ample security & peace of mind for parents.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Responsible renting person must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Smoking Allowed: Smoking is restricted to the upper deck, porches and swim platform.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking is allowed inside the houseboat.
