There is parking for about 8-10 cars Please respond as soon as possible as the house is in demand ,especially in the Winter, and does fill up well ahead of the dates for which it is rented. We get a lot of repeat renters. Also, you would have use of an outdoor heated swimming pool (tennis courts, baseball/soccer field) located in a beautiful valley in Killington surrounded by green mountains in the Summer, Fall, and Springtime. Lake swimming is about 10 to 15 minutes away wher there are sandy beaches, snack bars, and boat rentals. Twelve of us rented this home for Prez Day Wknd. The home was very clean and well-equipped. We were provided with more than enough firewood to have a fire burning nearly all the time someone was in the home. The outdoor hot tub out back is surrounded by woods and works well (tho not quite as hot as I would like). What's nice, tho, is it's kept at 95/98 degrees or so--thus, it's ready to go upon your arrival. The place turned out to be nicer than I expected (based on pics). It's right off the main road & you're just a few mins from mountain base, yet a couple mins off the main road so it's quiet. All restaurants/bars are 2-3 min drive or fairly short walk. Wally/Robert were prompt in responding to my emails and provided us with all the info we needed. Any negatives? There was one bed that one of me mates had a problem with and nobody used. I didn't see it myself. Also, we were told we'd need to bring our own linens/towels (tho there were plenty of linens in the closets, we noticed). All in all, I would definitely rent the casa again and immensely enjoyed the experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

the ski house met all our expectations.... great location, clean interior, comfortable beds, large space with high ceilings, hot tub at 104 and the gas grill on the deck came in handy. My only complaint was they didn't have a crock pot..... otherwise everything else turn out to be satisfactory. I will definitley rent again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

We recently stayed at this home for our summer Killington vacation. It was wonderful! The listing accurately describes the space and there is plenty of room, both in the bedrooms and the great room. The kitchen was nice and the open floorplan makes it feel very spacious, even with a large number of people. The hot tub was clean and the deck was a great place to hang out on a summer night. Both owners who we spoke with were very easy to get in touch with. The location was wonderful--private and secluded (the lawn is big enough for games) but still easily accessible to the market and the mountain is just a short ride away! Most importantly, the house was CLEAN and WELL MAINTAINED. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet home to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Killington (winter or summer)--I hope that we have the chance to stay there again in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children.
