The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking and the evening lights shimmering across the moonlit water causing diamonds to sparkle in the night… Spectacular! Low Season Sep-Jun ... $2500/week + 10% tax
High Season Jul-Aug .. $3200/week + 10% tax
A deposit of 25%, confirms your reservation payable by check.
The deposit of 25% is non-refundable if booking is canceled after 45
days prior to arrival.
If reservation is canceled 45 days before arrival deposit will be
refunded less a $50 booking fee.
