It is located inside the gated community of Puerta del Sol, which is inside the prestigious community of Cabo del Sol where the world renowned Jack Nicklaus golf course is located. Villa Colibri is a second row attached villa that exemplifies Mexican architecture.

The experience begins at the entry to the lushly landscaped forecourt, which provides private garden space for interior views. From the welcoming double mahogany doors opening into the grand foyer's breathtaking views out to the Sea of Cortez, the great room and dining room appear in rich Mexican style.

The expansive fully stocked gourmet kitchen with fine American and European appointments including Sub Zero refrigeration opens to a bright dining nook and to the dining area at the view side. The terrace beyond, through pocketing glass doors, leads you to the comfortable trellis shaded seating area adjacent to a warming outdoor fireplace for those relaxing evenings to be enjoyed along with the sound of the surf crashing nearby.

The main level master bedroom has private access to the terrace and the stairs to the homes private pool deck. This master bedroom features a king size bed and private bathroom with a landscaped outdoor Grotto Jacuzzi bath and waterfall. Double wash-basins, vanity, and his and her closets complete this master bath. The lower level master bedrooms compliment the family room creating a retreat from the upper level activities. The two master bedrooms on this level are each furnished with a king size bed and one of these bedrooms provides an additional twin size bed. Each of the master bedrooms have walk-in closets, separate showers and Jacuzzi tubs.

The family room, with sliding glass pocket doors to the grade level terrace and custom infinity pool, has views of the Jack Nicklaus golf course and the Sea of Cortez. For entertaining there is a service bar, below counter refrigeration and built in barbecue with outdoor stairs up to the main level terrace.

Guests of Puerta del Sol have access to the facilities at the nearby Sheraton Hacienda del Mar and Fiesta Americana Grand resorts as well as the club house at Cabo del Sol. Complementary shuttle service is provided within Cabo del Sol. Puerta del Sol also has a club house for guests with a gym, sauna and steam room.

This villa sits on the second row of the villas and you are 10 min. walking distance from the beach.
