Located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, and a 5 minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. The free shuttle bus also stops at the entrance to Village Point.

The master suite and loft area are secluded on the upper level with its own private bathroom for maximum privacy. A queen-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and TV/DVD make this a true retreat. The loft has a twin sleeper.
On the main level, you will find the large dining area with large seating area for eight, a fully-equipped kitchen which is perfect for entertaining with its wrap-around breakfast bar, and the large living room with a gas fireplace, TV, VCR, CD, and DVD player. The queen-size sleep sofa enhances the sleeping capacity of this home. The living room opens onto the redwood deck with your private hot tub. The private deck overlooks the peaceful, natural setting.
The lower level contains a second master suite with private bathroom, queen-size bed and TV. The third bedroom has double bunk beds and sleeps four. It also has its own TV. Another full bathroom is located on this level, as well as the laundry facility with full washer and dryer.
This townhome also has a one-car garage with ski storage and an additional parking space for a second vehicle. The walkway to the private front entrance is radiant heated and designed to give that "mountain retreat" feel you are looking for. Cable TV is included for your convenience and pleasure.
In addition to the 10-mile range of ski slopes for which Breckenridge is famous, other world class skiing is within 45 minutes' drive, including Vail, Copper, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Loveland and Arapahoe Basin. Fishing, golf, hiking, rafting, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, road and mountain biking, ice skating and horseback riding make the Breckenridge area a year-around destination for outdoor activities.

Of all the family vacations we've taken over the years, we have the fondest memories of our stays at Village Point.

Village Point is conveniently located at the south end of Breckenridge, off Broken Lance, a short walk to the Maggie (base of Peak 9) or Main Street Station, the gateway to the town. In addition, the Breckenridge Free Bus stop is within 100 feet of the entrance to the neighborhood.
