This brightly lit condo is refreshing after a day of play in Keystone. From the 2nd floor, the view of the courtyard of River Run Village and the jacuzzi area is very beautiful. It is tucked away enough, however that you won't hear all the noise of the village below. Beautifully furnished with rustic pine and leather. Internet is available for a small fee.
Kitchen - Brightly lit and central to the condo. Full kitchen features coffee maker, range, oven, microwave oven, toaster, and plenty of pots and pans to cook a full meal for you and your friend or family. The dining table seats 4 people.
Living Room - A leather sofa sleeper and matching leather recliner. TV, VCR/DVD player, and a stunning gas log fireplace.
Bedroom - Very roomy with lots of closet storage, a TV with VCR and a humidifer supplied in room. The closet holds an iron and ironing board too.
Bathroom - Full bathroom with supplied hairdryer.
Property Description:
Silver Mill is the tall building that is the main feature of River Run Village. Just outside is the well-known Village campfire pit where people exchange stories of the days adventures, and the famous "Parrot Eyes" margarita and burrito bar. Other restaurants and eateries right in the village include Starbucks, Wolf Rock Brewery, Paisano's, Inxpot for coffee and sandwiches, Starbucks and Kickapoo Tavern where you must have a Joy Juice. The lobby and game room feature TVs, bar stools, a large fireplace and a pool table. Lets not forget how close the slopes are...a mere 4 minute walk away to the New Gondola!
Daycare: The River Run daycare is located in the Silver Mill building so you can drop off and pick up your little ones with ease on the way to and from the slopes.
Walk to the even closer New Gondola - A short 4 minute walk away is the ski slopes. Easy access to ski storage downstairs...no need to lug gear upstairs.
Central to River Run Village - Go downstairs and find a place to eat at any one of the many restaurants right there in the square. Starbucks is in the same building, so grab some coffee and hit the slopes all within minutes.
3 Hot Tubs and more - 3 separate hot tubs located just outside the balcony accessed via the stairs right next to our unit (no waiting for an elevator in a wet swimsuit). The hot tubs are located on a heated patio so you don't have to walk through any snow or ice. Towels are supplied. You can also enjoy the very warm heated pool and two more hot tubs in our sister building next door at The Dakota.
Underground parking - No need to scrape ice off your car. You wouldn't have to drive anyway since everything you need is right in River Run!
Close to shops & Restaurants - Located in River Run are numerous clothing shops such as Gorsuch Ltd, a few ski shops including the best boot fitters in the region, and quite a few restaurants from Italian to Mexican to Steaks and more. Or ride the Gondola to the fine dining choices of the Apenglow Stube or Der Fondue Chessel atop the North Peak. Don't forget dancing and live music and the Green light night club.
Internet Access - Wireless Internet access is available at Silver Mill, but you have to pay for it. Pricing starts at around $10 per day with discounts for weekly and monthly plans.
