Beautiful stucco home on West Sandlapper Drive in popular Ocean Lakes and comes with everything you will need for your vacation.
Amenities include washer and dryer, dishwasher, expanded cable, a wonderful covered porch with seating and eating area, outside shower and parking for 2 cars.
Vinyl flooring throughout with tile in both newly remodeled bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and TV. 1 bedroom has a double bed. The living room has TV and DVD and VCR players.
Bed linens and a limited number of bath towels and laundry service for the sheets is included. You must furnish your own beach towels, paper products and soaps. You are responsible for washing comforters, blankets and mattress pads before check-out if they have been wet on or soiled.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed inside the house. A $200 security deposit is required to reserve. The security deposit is not part of the rent and is refunded if the house is left in good condition.
The thermostat has a restrictor that will not allow it to be set to cool lower than 70 degrees in the summer or warmer than 78 degrees in the winter.
Summer rental runs from Saturday to Saturday. Summer rates in 2011 begin on May 21st and run through the week ending on Aug 13th/ reduced summer rates from Aug 13th-Aug 27th. A 3 night minimum is required for off season rentals. Our house can be rented for extended stays (3 weeks or longer) off season at reduced rates.
