Our condo is located in Kihei,a small town that runs along several of Maui's finest beach/parks. Kihei is a charming town and is located only minutes away from Wailea, Kahululi, Mt. Haleakala, and Lahaina. Kihei is surrounded by Hawaiia's luxury shopping, beautiful and challenging golf courses, tennis courts, fine/casual dining and lots of fun and exciting water activities, including several of Maui's finest white sand beaches.
Our condo is located at the corner of S. Kihei Road and Keonekai Road and is the perfect place to relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself. Our condo has been remodeled and is an exceptional upscale unit. Our condo features stunning, panoramic ocean and sunset views that will certainly leave you breathless. Our condo is on the upper level and has finely appointed accommodations that are simple yet elegant. It is cozy and comfortable with the intent to leave you feeling like you're at home. It is located across the street from 3 of Maui's finest white sand beach/parks.
Our two bedroom/two bath condo has an open floor plan with 16 ft vaulted ceilings and measures 1200 sq ft., with plentiful windows, abundant sunlight and refreshing breezes and is exceptionally clean. Our condo sleeps four- six with awesome, comfortable upgraded beds: cal king/queen/queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a futon and/or air mattress.Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and bathroom windows. The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. An assigned covered parking space will be available to you. Our condo features WIFI, 2 large flat screenTV's, and free telephone calls anywhere in the U.S., and Hawaii.
POLICIES: A $200 deposit conforms the reservation for short stays; 25% of room rate for longer stays. Balance is due 45-60 days before arrival. 1/2 day fee for early/late checkin/out if available. There is a $130 cleaning fee for all stays. Maximum occupancy 4 but will consider 5 with an $18 per day per person fee. Cancellation: $200 fee for cancellations (admin fee) Pro rata refund IF we are able to re rent the condo for same amount of days; same amount of Room Rate. No smoking within 200 feet of the building and no pets.
After a long day at the beach or site seeing and enjoying various water sports, site seeing, and shopping, enjoy our private swimming pool that sparkles in a lush garden setting where you can enjoy covered outdoor lanais for dining, barbecues, shuffle board and leisure areas and BBQ's.
We are on Island Owners and we pride ourselves on offering quality accommodations, therefore, we frequently inspect all of the accommodations offered for your satisfaction and comfort to ensure they remain that way.

This condo was purchased as my primary home. I loved it on first site and paid full price just to own it. I loved the speciousness. I longed for light, fresh air, and ocean views and a safe place to live and this condo provided all this and so much more. When Jeff and I married we decided to keep the condo. It was vacant for 2 or more years before we decided to use it as a vacation rental. I love this condo and I just did not want anyone to mistreat it so I kept it vacant. I continue to upgrade, refurnish, remodel and reclean - after the cleaning crew has finished their job - just to give it the TLC I feel it deserves. It is truly a unique condo. The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The benefit of our condo is the fantastic panoramic ocean views. Our condi has not been obstructed by trees, buildings, or telephone lines. It sits on a unique end corner of the building. Our condo is exceptionally clean - no condo/hotel smells and also has 16 feet vaulted ceilings which lends an open feeling. It has 1200 feet of space - not counting the private lanai. Our condo is spacious and roomy and filled with comfort! There are windows in every room - including both bathrooms. Our condo has lots of light and is airy. We are across the street from 3 of Maui's finest white sand beaches - Kamaole I, II, and III. If one were inclined, a 3 beach walk is a real treat. Our condo is also within wlking distance of several casual/fine restaurants, shopping, and grocery markets, including Hawaiian Moons - a health food grocery/take out food market. Our condo is centrally located, easy to get to, and has the local flair. It's safe, colorful, and lush with local flowers, trees, and music.

I am a retired School Counselor/Teacher and my husband Jeff is a retired Police Officer/Educator and a Marine. We both love walking the beaches of Maui in Kihei across the street from our condos. You will find Jeff on the golf courses of Maui and occasionally I'm there as his golf buddy. We love to travel to Europe. Our favorite travel places are Italy, Portugal and Spain. We both love to read: I love suspense and historical novels and Jeff loves historical and War Novels - Generals and anything to with sports. He played football for the Marines and in collage - quarterback. We often share the same books. We spend a lot of time with our children and grand children and we enjoy our dinners and social gatherings with our friends from Sedona, AZ, East Coast, the Mainland and Hawaii. Two couples stayed here. We were more than pleased with the property. Owner responded to our queries immediately, everything was clean, kitchen was fully equiped for people like us who really like to cook,lots of towels, great in-house washer/dryer. Big and roomy, we were never in each other's way. Aside from traffic sounds, the place is very quiet - more adult oriented. I would like to see more recycling capability but that's an initiative the state would have to bring in, and with all the tourism, I strongly advise the state to enact strict recycling laws. We four are from British Columbia, Canada, where recycling is a way of life and has been for many years. I would recommend this property to friends.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.

This was our first condo/VRBO experience ever and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision to stay here. We were a family of four and the unit was more than roomy to accommodate all of us for almost two weeks. The condo was impeccably clean and nicely stocked with all of the essentials. The listing description was completely accurate Only thing, being that I cook for a living, I would have followed through and brought cooking spices. The Maui Swap Meet is a must for fruits and vegetables and some spices! The BBQ and pool area were clean and organized. We even enjoyed a few meals down there while the kids swam in the evening. The building was in the midst of exterior painting at the time we visited and that distracted from some privacy and peacefulness with construction sound, but we were compensated for the inconvenience. That was unexpected and appreciated! The owners Rebecca and Jeff were always quick to respond back to my plethora of questions and emails. They were great to work with and we will definitely be planning on returning to their condo in the future. Everything about this rental was awesome from the great views, location to many great beaches, stores, restaurants, and rental companies. I highly recommend the Kinaole food truck parked by the WorldMark. Probably two of the best meals we had during our visit outside of cooking at the condo. Thank you to Jeff and Rebecca for sharing your condo with our family. By the way, I loved the master shower and all new kitchen appliances! Great job on the remodel. We really enjoyed our stay there. I would highly recommend this property.

As you pull up to Haleakala Shores, you are met with some trepidation. The exterior of the building in somewhat dated. However, once you unlock the door to this condo, you are greeted with freshness and amenities which confirm that you have made the right decision to stay here. The view from the master bedroom and the lanai greet you every morning and your soul is refreshed. This condo is centrally located and close to all the sights and sounds of Maui. I couldn't ask for more in a condo and our stay was so enjoyable that there is no doubt in my mind that we will return to Maui and stay at this condo. If you are looking for comfort in an upscale accommodation, then this is the condo for you. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I can hardly wait to return.

In essence, our vacation began when I located your listing on vrbo months before our arrival to Maui. After booking our dates with you, I frequently went back to the website and looked at the pictures of your condo, imagining sitting on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful view. After all that dreaming ahead of time, one might think seeing "the real thing" would be a let down - Not so!!! Your condo is by far the best location at Haleakala Shores. The view is spectacular. The extra window over the bed in the Master Bedroom gave an additional view of the ocean. Your beautiful artwork, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture made our stay enjoyable. As a former Maui resident, it was a pleasure having our friends visit since it truly felt like our home. Mahalo

Aloha Rebecca and Jeff. Our alone trip to Maui for a week turned into our trip with my parents - their first time to Maui and our 3rd. Your condo fit the 4 of us perfectly and was very roomy and comfortable - everything we needed we found! This was our 1st time staying in Kihei as we usually stay in Napili. We really enjoyed this side of the island and all its beauty.l We hit all 3 Kamole beaches, Wailea, Makena, and Big Beach. Lots of turtles at Makena!! We went up country on day and visited all the towns and winery. The weather was fantastic! We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

What a delight! Lovely view, nice lanai, great residence! Our 8th trip here; first stay with you. We have found our home here with you! Snorkeled every morning near the reef between Kam II & III. We swam with the turtles near Mokkopi beach. We enjoyed simple but good restaurants: Ocens in Kihei, Pita Paradise and the Kihei Coffee. We ziplined, went wine tasting, and went to Lahina. What a trip! Thanks again.
