The spacious second floor suite has a front deck and back deck with a nice backyard for relaxing and recreation. There are 3 bedrooms and it sleeps 9 comfortably. There is brand new kitchen, a living room off the deck, and a full bath. This suite has an extended driveway fitting three cars.
The first floor suite has its own driveway for one car, with street parking available. This suite has a patio for grilling and a shared backyard for relaxing and recreation. This suite has two bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6, a large kitchen and living room, a laundary room with washer and dryer, and full bathroom.
Rent with extended family or friends and share in the cost and get the whole house together. You get the best of both worlds, you get to be together on vacation but still have some privacy with the individual units.

The location is ideal. We walked to the pier every night. It is a very quick walk up to the beach, less than 200 yards. So close, we would just walk back to the house to use the restrooms. It is on a very quiet dead end street. The house offers nice privacy with two units, each with separate kitchens/baths/washers and dryers.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house was described well. But in order for the whole family to eat together we had to eat outside. the kitchens were too small and not enough seating to eat as a family. The cleanliness however was not what we had expected. The bathroom tub upstairs had mold/mildew on it. We had to completely clean it before putting any children in it. Very disappointing. The walk to the beach was close enough to carry the babies and all the gear together.
Owner response:I am the owner of this property. There are few houses in Old Orchard Beach or any beach for that matter that would allow the whole family to eat together when the house holds up to 15 people. Ironically, I just put $10,000 into a new kitchen on the second floor so on a good note, it is a clean and new kitchen. I have a cleaning crew come in every Saturday and will evaluate whether a change will be needed in that area. Cleanliness is very important to me and there will be zero tolerance for unclean rooms, including the bathroom. There are few houses at Old Orchard that allow up to 15 to sleep comfortably, with the privacy of two separate residences and so close to the beach. The location is ideal, close to the beach and in a quiet area, but still just a short walk to the pier.
